If a product is not there or out of stock then you should not display on your website. Using deceiptive statement or doing wrongful display will degrade the trust factor. If a seller terminate the order then kindly don't sign him /her . I have been betrayed by flipkarts act. My order was places on 23rd and till 26th october 17 , everything was fine on 29th on the date of delivery after I giving a call to your customer care came to know that my order is cancelled on your website. What type of service is this....I need my places order how can you state that seller has cancelled the order and it is out of stock . This is cheating from flipkart. Call me on my mobile no immediately to deliver my order without fail.

Recently I had orders one DVD player (Order ID = 0D110586557360356000) Today I have received this product but this product quality is very poor. I request you to please refund my payment.

They are making just fool.. waited 38 minutes to talk with customer care. Having Random hanging issue... Technician visit just a TAMASHA...want to replace but they are not doing this.. the are making just technician visit.. what you are doing Flipkart..!! We faith in you!!

Against the order number OD110593706719287000 for iPhone 7..today I received I phone 6s From flipkart. flipkart totally spoil my surprise which related to my family member and especially I can't expect this kind of such pathetic mistake from their side. This is my bad that I ordered from flipkart.

My account was logged out by default and now I am not able to login. When I try to reset my password , I am getting error as "Unable to update password. Please retry"

My latest complain number is IN1710311349387953142. I am calling flipkart from past one month but I am not getting resolution. Now flipkart is saying my account is linked with Himanshu and some other person thats why it is locked now. I don't know these persons. If my account is hacked, flipkart needs to resolve this issue, locking out a customer does not make sense.

I am fed up with the services of flipkart from last 7 days day didn't delever my phone whenever I complaint reagarding this they just raise a complaint and nothing has improved.

My delivery date was 24 th Oct 2017 than they increase after complain 26th Oct than again not delivered in 26th they again register fresh complain and told me to till 28th again not delivered in 28th again I complain they told me it will deliver by 30th again not delivered yesterday.

I complain today again and they told me to wait again for 1 day. I make up my mind to raise this harassment by flipkart on Consumer forum.

1 sofa foam quality is very poor.
2 seating is not proper spring is not proper.
3 sofa is only covered with clothes there is just a layer foam u can easily feel wood .
4. Cushion r also not good.

I request u please take sofa back and give refund. Although it's very late in pick up Please do the needful in urgent basis.

I had ordered a LED TV with Flipkart. On opening of box on 14/10/2017 in front of courier boy the screen of LED was found cracked. I immidiately returned the LED to courier boy and cancelled my order on same day i.e. 14/10/2017. Then i received a notification in my APP that my refund will be credited within 6 working days. But i did not receive the same. Then i lodged the complaint on 27/10/2017 for not receiving the refund. I was assured by customer care that my complaint will be resolved by 01/11/2017 up to 1:00 pm. But i have not received any response from Flipkart. After which i have again lodged my complaint today i.e. 01/11/2017. Now, i have been again assured that my problem will be resolved by 03/11/2017.

I had a mobile order of MI A1 on date 28-Oct-2017 and order id OD110602241943314000 at the time of order mention pin code (392150) showing delivery is available and delivery date is 01-Nov-2017 after waiting on day of 01-Nov-2017 I have call your customer care they told that concern shipment not be deliver due to Pin code area is out of delivery. 1st thing I would want to know why your site have appear as an deliverable area. 2nd thing after 03 days we have received communicate from your end . it’s a heights of Bad Services in online shopping through your Web:- Flipkart.com, we have ask for option to get my shipment delivery but your customer case refuse & shipment get cancelled. If you have any option or way out to get my shipment delivery , Please let us know.

My daughter gad ordered two flip covers for Motorola G5S plus vide order id: OD110554635626431000 , DATED 22.10.2017.
The order was delivered COD on 26.10.2017(COD).
The two cases sold by M/S GROOVY DEALS INDIA, ND 110041are:
1) Bigger in size and thus the mobile does not fit into the cavity and falls off.
2) The slots are not as per the phone model.
3) As per the return policy this Mobile Accessory should have been replaced being a faulty one.
4) As per your policy only screen guards are not replaced?? The why has your executive given wrong information and denied replacement to my daughter Ms Prakriti Khanijou who had ordered the same from her Flipkart Account????
4) The vendor has given a wrong and ill fitting product. Why should I be penalized for that.You have displayed his product and based on that the order was placed and money was given.
5).Please RECONCILE .

HI,

I have bought washing machine (Order ID OD110274780593973000) which have 10days replacement warranty. I have raised replacement request within 10days. its been 1.5 month today you guys didn't gave me any update. you are just giving me dates and not sorting out the issue. other point is customer executive is also not polite while talking. some executive will inform that we don't have other machine to replace. some are saying we cant proceed refund, some are saying we are processing your refund. you are wasting my time + money.

i am calling you guys everyday and you are not even calling once.. such a poor management flipkart have. i must tell you this is not a fake complain. I request you guys to sort this problem or take that machine back, don't even give me refund. i cant keep unused dabba at my home. I had a talk with technician came at my home 1st time he said there is some problem in your machine and machine can be replaceable, for 20 days. i was calling you people continuously to ask update and your reply was 'technician didn't gave us update yet' and suddenly you close return request saying technician gave update 'no problem, customer happy'. i again had talk to technician (i have his number) he told there is some miscommunication, have not updated such thing.

After this you people are just giving me dates and promising to sort this issue but it is not getting sorted out. if you are feeling that this complain is fake, its not. i request you to have a proper talk to technician, definitely there is some miscommunication happened because of which i m struggling a lot.

kindly update me as soon as possible.

Sir, My order no-OD109930987863373000 is delivered on 22 aug 17. I purchased a samsung battery from flipkart after using one month it is not working properly and for short of this problem I went to samsung customer care agency they denied to replace the battery and he replied this battery is fake so I am not able to use the battery. plz take necessary action against this cause.

I have placed an order on 19-Sept-2017 and received a product but my chooses product not delivered, I several time phone at customer care, which was not replaced and money refund, I have requested for replacement -- executive has said that it will be delivered to me by hand on 19-Oct-2017, but when i spoke to customer service today came to know that their was an issue in placing the order and he placed -- which is too late. This is really not aceeptable -- it will be more than one month for delivering , i request you to look into this immediately since i am the regular customer (you can check the history of mine on flipkart). If this is the case then i need to put it in forums please. MY ORDER ID: OD110183759763905000.

I have ordered mobile cover for my mobile C9 PRO on prepaid basis with tracking no FMPP01020471096 & was delivered on 02.11.2017.

After opening the pouch i was stunned to see the poor quality of cover. The quality is so deteriorated or low even road side suppliers have better product that what you have supplied. Very poor selection of supplier. Thru the app i tried to return the same but but since i had paid for the product you could only replace the same so i opted for replacement. That why person do not believe your products.

Take up the matter with supplier & revert back to me with proper justification.

I have booked the flipkart product on 6 october 2017 (product name) in which i get the wrong product. after that it replaced bt one product was missing from that and there was not any solution of that one missing product.. and today one month had completed of this complaint. if i called to u your flipkart customer care they dont give me any solution. they only give me a new date and they tells me that on this date our concerned team will call you but there was not any call of the team. if i asked to talk with their senior they told me that he is busy in another call. if i asked any solution for that they disconnected my call and didnt give the call to senior. if you people dont have any solution so tell me clearly tht u r not giving that product to me. Why r u wasting the time of of mine m urs if u dont see the details of the complaints. plzz listen the recording before calling in flipkart they say that call will be recorded and if u cant do that so plzz see the mail i have mail all the details to you. at last u cant do anything please tell me its my humble request to u.. even my time will be not wasted in all of your complaints.

Fake company and pathetic services from flipkart. I ordered ASUS 128 GB mobile but when I received mobile it was different in the box 64 GB and bill was different. I was calling so many times but they did not respond me to replacement or refund my money, so I was very disappointed and will never ever buy any product from flipkart.

I ordered (Order ID OD110325973770763000) Mitashi 1 ton split AC on September 26/9/2017. And it was delivered on Monday 9th October. While checking package, we found a different one from what i ordered

The received item is VOLTAS 2 TON AC. The next day 10th October we filed a return request. But installation service and installation service activated at the same time. when the installation service team called us we told that installation is not required because the item received was different from what i ordered. So they cancelled the installation. At the same day they called for uninstallation and we told exact situation and they cancelled the uninstallation.

Then the return request cancelled. Again we give return request and called customer care to told the situation. After many calls they approved our return request on 12th October. Then after many calls to customer care they agree to take the item before November first. After November first also the item remains unpicked in our house. 2nd November we called again customer care and told our situation. After many calls to customer care they promise to take it back before 6 th November 2017.

We are keeping your item in our house for the last one month. We didnot expect this type of irresponsibility from the side of such a big firm like "FLIPKART". Please don't consider our house as a Godown. Try to understand the situation from customer side. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Dear sir/ madam
I received my order id OD110603808537857000 honor 8 pro-navy blue 128 GB, on, 30th of November 2017. it was a defected device with a heating issue while charging and using apps. so I lodge a complaint and requested for replacement on the very day I received the device. I even contacted the Huawei honor company official regarding the issue, they ask the build number of the device and after providing it they too advise me to replace the device. the following day a technician was sent from Flipkart to examine the device. the technician went through the device after charging for a few minutes; he noted down the increased temperature, apart from that he did not perform any troubleshooting or whatsoever. at the end of the evaluation. he wrote it down as ' heating issue while charging and using apps. customer not satisfied, the customer wants replacement', in my very presence.

after this formality, i was told that I will be getting a call from Flipkart regarding the replacement, upon failing to receive any call from Flipkart I call up the customer service and to my surprise, i was told that my replacement request has been denied as the technician has updated the issue as resolved.(the heating issue was never resolved as he did not perform any kind of troubleshooting whatsoever and the problem is still persisting) it is clearly a false remark. I explained to the customer executive that it must have been a mistake. I immediately rang up and confront the technician (name - Vishal from Iqor) regarding this false remark, to which he denied making any such ' Issue Resolved status' in the official remark.

I lodge a second complaint on 1st November through a senior customer executive and explained in detail regarding the issue. I was told that concern team will contact the technician for such false remark and was ensured that my issue will be resolved by 3rd November 6:00 pm. and on 3rd November when enquired about why I have not received any call despite being assured to resolved my issue on the said date, precisely at 6:22 pm I received a message that it has been delayed until 5 November 12:00 pm. as you can see again, they fail yet again to resolve my issue despite being delayed and ensured several times. I did not receive any call from concern teams and I lodge the third complaint through a senior executive (given name - Sofia Dsouza) today. yet again she ensured that my issue will be resolved today by evening.

To my dissatisfaction, today, I called up the concerned technician again and inquire if he had received any call from Flipkart during these past days regarding my issue. to my surprise, he replied he had not received any call whatsoever till date. as we can clearly see it has almost been a week and nothing progressive has been done to resolve the issue. it is very logical to see the device is defected because on the very day of delivery heating issue was present and complaint had been registered the very day. no technician could have resolved this kind of issue by simply going through the device and noting down the increased temperature.

I am deeply disappointed with Flipkart, their negligence, incompetence, false assurance, delay tactic, ignorance, and fraud manners.

I request that the defected device be replaced immediately as I am rightly and legally entitled to have such right as per Flipkart 10 days replacement policy. I am looking forward to filing a case in consumer court if my legal issue is not resolved immediately.

I am a frequent user of flipkart, I keep buying product with flipkart and this time it's the worst experience I ever had, I had purchased Xperia xa1 plus which has a feature of 23MP back camera but fails to deliver and now when I am asking for the refund they are deniing and canceling the request everytime seriously Flipkart is looting people's by giving the fake promise of return policy then why should one buy from flipkart people I will request you to buy from Amazon at least they deliver there promise not cheat like Flipkart.

I have ordered 3 copies of “you can heal your life “.At time of delivery I received 1 packet with acknowledgement slip showing Qty 3 and Rs.747/-with order no. OD110614591838223000. When i opened the pkt i felt cheated bcz there was 1 book “you can win” then i requested online for replacement for 3 copies of “you can heal your life”. On 6 nov17 pickup man came with 3 pkts (for 3 copies of orderd book) and he asked 3 pkts for replacement. I think this is new type of cheating for the same book why did flipkart packed in 3 pkts though it was single order. plz go into the matter and resolve the problem. Ask your supplier what did he send at first time? confirm the quantity of pkts first time delivered for 3 copies of book as mentioned above. plz solve the problem bcz its my hard earned money. for any further enquiry contact on email.
