I am from dharwad ( karanataka ). My Shahnaz Nawab and have PTM App in my mobile. On december 6. 2017 had made the payment of Rs 509 from my wallet to my SBI Account . I received the SMS that transaction ID is 16960123110 and Bank transaction ID 201734117260820. but that amount is not credited to my bank account. Yesterday I called to PTM customer care number but it is waste of time and no user.

So please help me
