PNR 6405680263, ticket was cancelled but refund of Rs. 150/- has not been credit in my account till date i.e. 13/09/2017. DD-IRCTC gave a message to me on 08/09/2017 at 1327 hrs that Rs. 150/- will be refunded within 3-4 days.

I had cancelled the ticket on 17.09.2017. And amount of 420 has to be credited to my account. But after 5 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 17.09.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below.

Now the TTE are not allowed to allot available tickets in moving trains and that causes loss of revenue to Railway Board as it goes vacant and it also causes inconveniences to traveller, because passengers having RAC ticket have to share the seats despite paying the full berth value for that seat. So kindly look in to this matter and make aware this problem to policy makers also, so that neither the Railway board nor the passenger suffer.

Amount deducted without 2AC ticket lpI to bay on 21/10/2017
No one has responded on the phone number 01136340000. I waited for 5 minutes twice on phone but no response and money for making phone call deducted by bsnl. What can I do? To whom I have to approach? Given that the amount will be credited automatically within 3-4 working days. Now today it is 4/11/2017. When will I get the amount 1011.80?
