My self Ibrahim, I have done a recharge of 399 (unlimited all)for my no.9503939792 on 06 sep 2017. i am facing speed drop in 3g network its like max 25 kbps for download .mostly its 2-5 kbps ..i have already complained 5 time till now and got full speed on 15 sep 2017. today at16 sep i hav used 550 mb at max speed and now its back to that poor 2-5 kb. customer care senior person said i cant get more than that after complaining again. Now give me back my money or fix my problem asap. i have lost already 8 days of data bcos of low speed. pls don't waste my time and do something fast. i need what u offered or full refund of 399 rupees.

I received a whopping bill of about 3400 rules for the month of June 2017 as compared to my within the range of 150 and 300 rupees. I was told that I used the internet beyond the period for which I was offered the free data. My grievance is that I was not intimated about the issue by your officials. My bill for the month of June may either be revoked or I may be compelled to shift to some other network.

As I am using Airtel services form past 6-7 years. I am having two postpaid connections from Airtel company. I think its time for me to move on from Airtel.

I am having some problem with 9829632195 bill for 23-07-17 to 24-08-17. I was using internet facility @99/- per month from past six years. I requested to drop this service in August-2017 Month. Next bill I have received in which they have charged Rs.5756/- for usage.

Later i tried to get this bill adjusted many times via telephonic conversation with Airtel but none of customer care executive helped me out for the same and they barred my services even i am not able to receive the calls on that number (9829632195).

Now they are threatening me that I have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services for my another postpaid number of Airtel. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me.

This is no where logical as they are offering MMS Message charges and others more of that.l am also inform that MMS Message are not use by me . I am use only others application apps Facebook and WhatsApp messages..

I am no more satisfied with the way of services of Airtel. I want this bill to be adjusted and let me move to other service provider

Hi, I AM THE AIRTEL postpaid customer 7306323519 ia have ported my network from postpaid to prepaid these store people had collected rupees 510 from me for porting my service and additional 25 for new sim cards.

actual my rental plan is 299 /350 why they collected extra i went to ask fro refund they saying we dont take prepaid services if you post paid service we will talk if not go and talk to to customer care they saying then y to keep a bloody airtel store for whom you had keep the store.

2-4-694, ROAD NO 4, NEW NAGOLE, Opposite SRI VENKATA LAKSHMI TRADERS, NAGOLE, Andhra Pradesh 500068. none of your airtel team are solving my issue they are note even responding.

I am Vijay from Coimbatore.
I had requested for mobile portability due to excessive data rates and no offers received from Airtel. I have been continuously contacting airtel executives for the past three days regarding the same. But the responses each and every time from the customer care executives were very much annoying and they couldnt even understand what my concern is.

I am using my airtel number for the past 12 years. But Airtel is not at all giving preference for long term customers. No good offers where provided.

After all customers should be provided with proper response. One of the executives made me to wait over phone for nearly 30 minutes. Each time she connects the line and when realises that I'm waiting,she plays an airtel advertisement. She continued the same for 3-4 times and finally terminated the call without any response.

Kindly do not recruit such irresponsible persons for customer contact. Customers are valuable.. Do not loose them for silly reasons.

With reference to above mentioned number pls be informed since 12 days the no. Is not yet activated for what reasons??? Also same day ur executive I.e.on 18/10/17 verification is also done but till date no response nor Ne reply also ur executive VISHAL Patel is not responding to the same???? So now should I still stick with airtel Really very very very disappointed with this n also with Airtel. If this much is enough.

I would like to inform you that whenever someone is calling me. its says ( "aap jis number pe call kar rahe hai vo switch off hai.") and your network is showing full on my cell.and calling continuously without any problem. i do not get any incoming calls.

I request for SIM change Request of your Airtel Mobile no 7838141600. It was promised that new SIM will be activated in 5 hours but till the time it is not activated. I spoke to your customer care team and but they replied rudely that it will take another 24 hours.

You have pathetic customer care team and they are very rude with no satisfaction to customer. Please let me know till how long i have to remain without mobile.

Sir my name is Sani ul asnian from Kashmir my number is 8491022132. I got msg from your company that if you recharged by rs 149 we will give you 2gb data + unlimited airtel local and std call but when I recharged with the same amount I got only 300mb data as. I have 4g Sim +hand set I want to get full benefits as shown to me in the msg.

I had been used Reliance no 9864778681 for last 10 years. But due to Reliance shutdown i want to port my no to another wireless service provider and i think that Airtel is the best Service provider at present now. So i port my no to Airtel last 30 day ago in an Airtel Customer care. 10 days ago i have received an sms in my alternate phone no and instructions me to insert the new Airtel sim. I follow the step and want to a call, then the phone connected to Airtel and ask me for verify my details and said to me that after 4 hours the phone restart. I done it as per instruction. But when i restart phone then phone has no network and if try to call in this no the phone not valid reply.

I go to the Airtel customer care on 23 rd Nov, for Complaint. They told me tomorrow will solve my problems. I again go next day and reply was same tomorrow w'll solve. But it is very sad for me that Airtel service not yet good for me. I think Airtel tomorrow never come for me. So i therefore request to you kindly give me a solution to active my no, because the phone no connected to gas, electricity, office, etc.

I am airtel prepaid Mobile user for two numbers; 94170-49946 and 98159-70946. I had to leave for Canada from India on 17/11/2017. On or around 13/11/2017, I approached airtel Co. Counter Official in Baltana Market-Zirakpur (Pb.) for keeping my mobile roaming, who advised me to recharge both numbers for a sum of Rs.500/- each, which I did. On reaching Canada at the residence of my son, when I wished to do some internet banking and wanted to pay an electricity bill of PSPCL from Roxboro-QC-Canada, which transaction failed, as I could not receive OTP by SMS. Presently, I am feeling great difficulty due to non-connectivity of my main mobile number i.e. 94170-49946, by SMS.

Now I am not getting any SMS alerts from my SBI Bank and also not getting any OTP number on this Mobile number. Please advise me, what to do in this situation. I am unable to make any payment to airtel for any recharge for this number, if I wish to, due to non-connectivity. Please reply urgently on my e-mail address at the earliest.

I have recharged about 149 rs. By offer of daily 1 Gb data , unlimited calls , daily 100 Sms For 28 days ..But we didn't get any service & called to customer care about 4 to 5 times...& yet we didn't get any help ,, If u can't do anything then return my money on paytm by which u get!!

I'm Sandeep I'm using airtel from 2months and its postpaid while taking the SIM card the representative told me the best offer and told me that bill will be upto 4-5 hundred per month but I got 660 rupees bill and I have paid the amount also again the issue is not going calls to anyone after payment also what a irritating situation not satisfied with airtel.

I am very pained with your services, my broadband is not working since i upgraded from 8mbps to 40 mbps. everyday i am calling customer care. you are requested to change my plan to 8 mbps. or else i surrender your airtel connection. i dont require connection which do not work n only collect bills.

I have network issue in airtel so call on customer care number and said all my problem.. but executive not given proper regulation and call disconnected. Now i want to port out my all number from airtel to vodafone bcoz they provide me best services. i don't want worst services like airtel. world worst services executive behaviour not good. i have one recording from agent. Vodafone is the best.

I am a customer of your airtel prepaid my number 7869974392. i have done a recharge last 25 jan 2018 amount of 399. Before recharge i have called your customer care executive and he informed me you're eligible of this offer then i have recharge but i don't received then i have called your senior excutive
and he was called me you've get your offer.

But my offer is expire in 70 days.. after then i have called 4 to 5 time, he was not given a proper decision.

On 24/05/2018 at 01:44 hrs my balance 130 rupees deducted on airtel mobile, when i checked msg i seen mazaa tv activated on my number. I didn't activated, even airtel tv i m not using frm many months then howz it can be activated. I also tried to contact customer care, but airtel's 24*7 is only good to print on paper but total poor service. Jab airtel ki aukad ni hai to offers kyu deta hai, fir aaltu faaltu tarike se balance deduction krte hai.

9730839541 has Rs.99 plan-free unlimited calls for 28 days & its validity expires on 28-06-2018. Still Rs 16 was cut from my balance for an outgoing call today only. Why? So please return the money to my balance.

Im not sure that you will ans even this email, but all i want to say u that if you want to grow and keep existence in this market you should check out the recording of your CSA, how they are answering the call and are they able to give proper answer to customer.

All they have a weapon, that is disconnecting the call which is relevant in that case where a customer is not asking about airtel or any other topic insteed of issue. And if you can't control your CSA than you should leave this business.

You are the greatest lier that this network is the fastest one..and that one line " our team is doing work for the issue." All this is an excuse. Im a airtel user and im ashamed, now im suggesting everyone not to buy airtel just buy jio.
