I am a existing customer of your brand. Last time I order a selfie stick order Id 5170815832544432. Its time out for delivery. When I contact mi customer service centre they said that my order has been cancelled for not pickup phone. But I can say surely they are only give a miss call me. When I call back the number not reached. It is negligence. Please inquiry why it is system?Last time I said that I am your existing customer.

I have brought an Mi 3 4 months before. now its touch is not working and when i took it to service centre they r saying that it has hardware issue and would cost rs8000 is this company a fraud ..if u couldnt provide proper help close this firm really providing a very cheap service fed of this MI product i would definitely complain in consumer forum.

I bought the MI phone 2 months ego ,its back cover colour is fading down and i bought it from shri bala g telecom palwal 121102. Please do something helpful for me.

Hi Xioami team,
I had to wait 90 minutes in bangalore with service token number 83 at Marathahalli service centre. Why do you make customers wait so long just to address the issue. Your service and product quality is world class frustrating. You are dumping poor quality products in India and making customers suffer. You just make one time sales relationship with customers and later no ownership taking approach. Your customers servicing model is 1000 years old in digital era. Dear CEO, reverse the situation, if I am CEO of your firm and you a customer, will you just wait two hours for addressing your product quality or non performance issue. I have bought redmi4 mobile on 20th July 2017. it has excellent features running perfectly but have heating problem. when connect phone with mobile phone will sooo heat meanwhile charger also heated. charger connect to other phone not heated also when data is on phone will heat. you can understand my problem. please choose solution to me. i want use this phone, not interested in other phones.

Hi,

I buy the phone before 2 month before and its got bant automatically. I called your customer care team and they advice me for going to service center. But your service center team did not give any proper response to me and they ask me to pay 4500 hundreds to repairing the same.

Now my question

Till the time phone is on warranty, why i going to pay the amount ? This is my fault that your phone is got bant?

Please help me on this, other wise i am going to media, social media, police station to lock FIR and court.

Hi,

I bought a new charger from MI app & same was not working from the day one. I lodged a complain for an replacement - call center team are saying you need to visit MI service center because they need to diagnosis the product.

WTF !! guys u need to diagnosis it first before sending once i received the charger now u want to diagnosis & then ask for re-placement.

Never buy the MI products ... One of the worst company to deal.

Either you have sold a defective mobile or your service center cant repair it. And they talk like no one ever used a mobile phone before. There is no one to listen nor any one to take sort out complaints, only people to make us fools. Mr CEO sir plz help us or customers will leave your company.

I have purchased redmi 4 on June 6 2017 through Amazon but now i am facing charging problem (charge sub board). In period of 3 months I am getting this problem thrice. Earlier I serviced mobile but again and again I am getting this problem. Within buying 1 month its started giving problem. Please suggest a proper solution or Please replace this mobile.

Hello... Sir I have three problems in my Xiaomi redmI 4a. First is headphone not working correctly and second problem is speaker volume is very low suddenly and listening not clearly. The last problem is on turning on mobile internet and wifi my phone is heating and notification switch off automatically. Only one month ago i bought this phone.
