My mobile lost in ola cabs at last ride. Cabs no WB25G0095. Drive name Rana mobile no-7007932963, already l jave lodged FIR in nearest police station and FIR copy send our litigation @olacabs.com. Drive mobile till now switch off please find my mobile phone and inform me very urgent.

I have booked a cab from Navalur to Perumbakkam in a so called high demand range portrayed by ola cabs. Trip charges from navalur to perumbakkam in Cab may take max of Rs.250, yet i booked this cab which showed Rs. 307 as trip fare as i was in emergency. After all such waiting & efforts to explain the route to driver, the cab finally arrived & we reached the destination in next 20 mins. I was so shocked to see that the trip fare was Rs. 475 at the end. OLA cabs are now demanding too much money from customers just thinking that no customers are crap. I spent 15 more mins to call the customer care of OLA to explain the scenario & the irresponsible agent just gave an answer that he cant do anything with this issue.

These OLA cabs were good in initial stages, but now that they started looting money by creating their own demands of vehicles. If vehicles are in demand, then please stop your services. Instead you are collecting too much money from customers betraying them in the name of demands. Such a worst experience. Uninstalled the app & i will never use it anymore in life which made my whole day go bad. Sick OLA Service!

I travel OLA cab in regular basis Today at 6:38 I book a cab from TATA Medical Centre, Rajarhat with my cancer patient 86 years old mother and pay the amount from OLA money. but the driver is too much talkative from time of traveling he use soo many uncomplimentary words, unfortunately I notice that before reaching my location he stop my trip from his device and he tell me your location is end and force fully drop me and my cancer patient 86 years old mother 2 k.m. before form my location. and after I book another local AUTO and and pay him 70/- and reach my home with my old mother patient mother.

I share this experience to all of my friends and relatives and also social media if you are not take any action against the driver.

Dear Ola Team,

I would like to inform you the my experience with the Ola cab has been really bad today, and same issue happened in the past as well. actually today I booked Ola share from my residence I got the notification that driver has arrived at my place despite of the fact that he was around 1KM far from my residence, I called and explained him that I am far but he denied to come saying I have reached the location and I will not come at your pickup point.

I cancelled the ride but ola has charged the penalty of Rs. 25 to me instead of considering the fact first that it was not my fault at all.

Then I booked more than 10 Auto rides everyone cancelled the booking saying they were not interested to go the the booked destination. most of them were very rude while asking them the reason for cancellation.

Again I booked ola share my fixed fare supposed to be Rs. 39 however I was charged Rs. 90 by the driver.

This not just once incident I feel this has become a practice at Ola. though I have always tried to provide my strong feedback using Ola app but I don't think it is being taken seriously.

Seriously pathetic service by Ola,
I used to travel on a daily basis. Most of the times I have to face cancellation by driver. Same has happened today as well. Driver asked me for location and agreed to come on the given location but a few minutes later I got a msg of cancellation, reason location not found. This has became a daily problem. At the time of need u ll get a msg that your ride has been cancelled due to any unnecessary reason. I ll suggest to my known persons not to use Ola & after today I ll not gonna use this too. I have raised my concern 3-4 times from my busy schedule but dint get any answer from your side. Very disappointed from the services.

I seriously had a list of bad experiences with you. Among all the worst was on 15 sept 2017. My father was traveling with ola. He booked for aero city and the driver took him in jungle and stopped the car. He is not asking way from someone else and not even listening to my dad. When my dad said for complain against him he is saying I am not the person who's name is showing in booking. What the hell it is. I seriously insist everyone to not to travel with ola.

I had booked my ride by ola cab on 4th August 2017. When I had rang my thrice, there was no response once to my contact number. I had been to the ola office. The ola staff called up the driver but the driver had refused not seeing my phone hand set. I had lodged a FIR complain at the nearest police station. Please help me get my phone hand set back.

Whenever i got offers like free next 4 rides after taking one rental ride for the same day offer. I got this offer only once applied but after one time. I never got that offer applied and i have to give money to driver. I will never use the ola service and i lost so much amount while having offers from their end on my registered Contact number.

I was booked my ola cab. But cab is automatically cancelled or cancelled by driver but you have taken extra change 25 rupees (cancellation charge). How did you add this charge? Please refund my money otherwise you clarified the reason.

Hi, i booked cab from registered number 9573031600 and registered mail id is samyu.pandu.2509 @gmail.com.

I took a ride in bangalore from kundanhalli gate signal to ubcity in cab no KA 01 7296. My ride started by evening 5o clock and ended in ubcity by 6.20. When i noticed my phone is left in cab i immediately called to my number it was ringing and suddenly he disconnected my call and switched off the phone. Then immediately i made a call to ola customer care and got cab details and cab driver numbers is 8152960319. This phone is ringing and kept trying him like more dan 10 times then he even switched off his mobile. i lodged a complaint in police too i hv attached the FIR complaint and mailed at litigations @olacab.com. pls do needful and get in touch with me with dis number 8121004555..... hope i except a good response from u ppl.

Bad bad bad, Ola is providing really bad services. i paid money twice now I am begging for refund nobody is listening customer care executive or driving is also misbehaving. shame on you Ola cabs this is what you are providing? please avoid Ola cabs otherwise you will suffer soon.

I don't know why Ola blocked my account, if someone misuse or some kind of violence is observed through my account then firstly I think inform to particular afterwards blocked that account but here I don't know why my Ola account is blocked. I just book my ride on 13th September 2017 and Ola driver told me to pay in cash. when I refused it and said him to cancel the ride if they don't want to go with me afterwards my account is blocked. if you are not able to re open my account. please pay my amount which I have in Ola wallet (1078 rupees).

My account has been blocked bcz i hve cancelled the booking 2 times. It was not my fault, last time iy driver has told me that he is in other location and ask me to cancelled. Can u plz unblock my ola account again.

I am using Ola from 3 years but today its very bad with driver driver reached very late to my location. so i cancelled the Ola auto after that driver called me and his talking very rude with me also his talking like rowdy. its really bad experience with Ola if your cab reached in location you will charged for that again we have listen wording with driver Che same same Ola.

Dear Sir,

My name is Saleem Ahmed and I am an Ola customer since the last two years. My ID is saleem01 @gmail.com and mobile no. 8800691564

I had been offered the ola Select membership on trial basis if I chose to charge my account with 1999 and I did so in April 2017. Since the membership was for a limited period I thought I would renew it only if I find some substantial value and since I found none I chose not to renew it.

I was travelling abroad since 26th July 2017 and when I returned on 9th September 2017 I that Ola has deducted money from my account without my consent or permission. This is extremely undesirable that the company choses to act in this manner and deduct the money from the ola money which has been entrusted by the customer.

The caption says its quick, safe and secure. Now I realise the caption is only to entice the unsuspecting customer so Ola can fleece the money from the unsuspecting customer in garb of fee for the ola select membership.

The money to has been deducted under the head Olacabs Booking on the 10th July and 9th August 2017. This is totally wrong, arbitrary and amount to cheating the customer. I do not see any value in the Ola select membership and do not wish to continue and request you to kindly refund the money which has been deducted from my account.

The company cannot arbitrarily deduct money which has been entrusted with it and must follow ethical practices which it is not following. Expect a quick reply or I will be forced to consider legal action and go to the consumer forum to get it corrected.

Once i booked OLA in Bangalore ITPL, but believe me there if any body tries to book OLA you cant get frquent ride as all Auto and cabs switched off OLA. Once i saw one auto standing near me which is having OLA app. When i asked him for my destination he said Rs.200. which will be MAx Rs.70 if i will go through OLA. They knows that they will get good price so simply they wont accept OLA booking. And i tries to book multiple times then finally could not booked any cab or auto . 2-3 rides i booked but they cancelled from their end. Later i saw i ahev been charged Rs.25 for cancellation. OLA charged me that one which they do not want to consider. So i just hate OLA and there service.

I booked Ola cab for pick up from Jabalpur railway station to Ranji area @ Rs.146/- for the trip. while travelling the driver switched off the navigation system (which i did not notice) and on the way took about 20 minutes to fill fuel. On reaching my destination I have bee asked to pay Rs.251/- instead of Rs.146/- Since the situation was not permitted me to argue with him i paid the amount and just seen the invoice today, where I have been charged Rs.92/- towards traveling time. This is in fact a cheating method by the driver. Please be careful while riding Ola cab or better avoid it

It's froud Ola Company I am driver. I lose from u money u not giving my incentive amount it's fraud public lose u in ola ride.

Old drivers are like hell seriously. I have book a ride on Saturday around 7:30 to 8:00 and the drivers name and details this Mohd Samim (9654285803) is arriving at 08:14 PM in a HR55Y4611 - White Swift Dzire is refused to pick me and said cancel the ride when i said why he said i cannot come in a rude way. I told him that i am not going to cancel the ride you itself can cancl then he disconnected the call. I have wait for him for 15 mins but he didn’t come then i call him again and he said your puck location is 30mins far but in your ola app it shows only 5 mins. But anyway i still wait as per his words. After waiting for so long still he didn’t come i tried calling him again but then he stop taking mu calls. Then forcefully i need to cancel my ride as i need to book a new ride. This is actually a customer harassment and it is so embarrassing for me to wait there for a stupid driver for so long.

I booked in advance an Ola Cab for a ride on Oct 22, 2017 at 4:45 am to catch Bhopal Satabdi at NDelhi Rly station. The Cab didn't turn up, and I received a message at my mobile at 5:30. If I have waited for the Cab, I would have missed the train. I understand there may be difficulty in sending a cab (what they will do in winter months???), they must have informed well in advance. I could book a cab from Uber, and it came in time. I also traveled with Uber in Kolkata and Bangalore, and find Uber is much better in service.

and remove when driver called me then only i know its booked till that time i don't no where cab and driver number and its booked are not.
