I got before 7 month jio sim and used the free 4G service but after 35 days now my sim was not working. No calls and internet only no service will be provided. Plz help me to use internet and calls my sim.

My network is not working and i have complained 4 times but the problem is not solved. plz do some work fast.

I request you for the JioFi reducing the speed. My JioFi No. 9588477600 which is not give me a 4G speed from last 5 days. When I call in your Jio care they told me your data limit is reached. But I know that's not truth , because from last 5 months I use JioFi. I know when (2GB) data will riched. So plzz give me a proper service. And also I want to know about how to find data usage per day on Laptop (When Jio SIM No. inserted in JioFi) where I get the OTP for sign in Jio.com.

Kindly resolve this issue.

A sudden consumption of data of 400 to 500 mb without usage.

How my 1GB data get over although i i have not used it.

Data speed is very poor I am complaint to march 15 2017 and August 20 2017. please clear my data problem my is 8667898647.

My jio sim no 8340354445 is missing. please block this no my alternate mobile no is 9431779550.

I am recharged my jio number 9110709897 on 15/4/2017. Transaction ID : ISM35294841760 and reference number :BR000055G5GU

The service work one week then close. I asked you care they say you will recharge an other 309 and the old amount will be refunded. So 27/4/2017 again I am recharged but still now my 309 can't reached and Now you are closed my outgoing, data facility.

Where is my 309 ?

My Jio no 7999502919 is not working properly. I complaint on customer care on 24 march 2017 in detail but no one single solution make against our complain. & Now today on date 24 aug 2017 the out going call are close. I am not understanding why ur response is not good for customer who r related from rural area. Kindly solve all problem who is related to our mobile no 7999592919.

My jio sim active on 23 july and had recharged 309rs up to 2 month last recharge date 23 September but not connected voice call the problem speaker not reachable. pleas reply me solution.

Jio net speed is extremely slow in Nilakantha Nagar, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, pin-751012. I am not able to open a single video from the very 1st day itself. And web pages are also loading extremely slow. It is so slow that one page is loading after 15 minutes. I tried with different handsets and laptops. But I am facing same issue always.Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Sir SIM no. 919340154634 is not able to make any calls even through jio4GVoice app. please help me how to make free calls.

I use jio sim before 4 month but when i had been recharged sim that time we were using 1 GB 4G data this was infa for me but now i did recheged sim this is not full 1GB when see in jio app that this app is showing to use full 1GB but this not right company is not giving to us full 1 GB right now jio sim not giving full 1GB this company is deceiving all off mem you will have to see this side.
