I'm not able to find Xiaomi mi3 charger any where in India. I trusted to ur service... bt nw i am disappointed with it. I am very very disappointed my phone warranty will available but store not responding and not sort out my problem.

Service centre provides very bad facility to customer. So cheap executive in mi service center.

I bought my mobile phone Redmi Note 4 online from flipkart on 13 june 2017.It worked well for a month and some days. On 24th july 2017 it completely stopped working. On 27 july I gave it to HCL Authorised Service Partner, behind Axis Bank 10 civil lines sagar mp. They told it would be repaired in 15 days approx. When today 14 AUGUST 2017 I went to take my phone the sim card was not present in it. On asking firstly they directly denied of having the sim card. On again & again asking about it and when i myself called on my no. it was received by one of the workers present there and that the sim was found in the custody of that worker there. There's a total possibility that the sim might have been used by that worker for the 15 days. Hence the authorities should enquire on this fact and should take care that in future such irresponsible behavior towards the customers should be avoided. Secondly even after 18 days the set is not completely repaired and still they have kept it for further repairing. So kindly take in consideration this matter and do reply to my queries as soon as possible , otherwise I will have to take legal actions relatively.

i buy a mobile mi note4 on 12/8/2017 & it get theft from me on 16/8/2017. now i want to completely block the set by IMEI no. is it possible or not if yes then tell me the process how.

My data cable not damage but adviser told that your data cable is damaged but my cell phone is charging but automatically charging disconnected. But am not satisfied this service. This service is very bad.
