Network is very poor and net speed I have five (5) jio no. 30to 40kbps in my colony. so I decided switch to airtal, jio is not interested solve my problem 8 to 10 times call in jio customers care but response zero.

Hello, I have lot of issues for activating JIO SIM.Below are the issues I faced in last one week.
My JIO Number : 8778238342

1.I bought my SIM card on Jan 2017 and I asked Prepaid SIM that time.so I got the SIM card.
2. It was properly working till JUNE 2017 and I have done recharge for 399 internet pack(84 days 84 GB offer) on 17th July 2017.
3. On Aug 3rd 2017 I got a message from JIO-Internet stating that "Please pay the amount 53 rs other wise your network will be blocked". Immediately I called to customer care(198) and asked them about the message. They said like SIM card is postpaid SIM that's why the message would have come across. I told clearly that when I bought the SIM I asked for prepaid then how can my SIM changed to postpaid one? I got a reply from customer care that while buying the SIM it was postpaid one and you ignore that message to pay 53 Rs. My question here is why they gave me postpaid where I asked prepaid SIM on January month (I bought the SIM in Tamil Nadu - Tirupur).
4. So as per the customer care suggestion to ignore the message I ignored it. The next day on Aug 04th 2017 at 5.30 my internet was not working and I thought some tower issues. I have called customer care again for the issue and they said you have not paid the amount of 53, so your SIM is suspended. I said that then why on 04th Aug same customer care said to ignore the message and he replied that was customer care mistake and he said that please go to any JIO showroom and activate your SIM by paying 53 Rs.
5. on Aug 05th, I went to Jio show room and asked them the details. They said your SIM is Tamil Nadu region and you go and ask where you purchased the SIM. That was irritating response I received from the Jio showroom. I immediately called to customer care saying that in Bangalore Jio showroom people are saying you have to go and activate the SIM card where you bought it. I said that I can't go to the place where I bought the SIM by paying 1000 rs for Bus to activate the SIM. So I asked please refund the amount of 400 which I recharged. From customer care she said if you cancel the SIM then your amount will be refunded. Hence I said please go ahead with that. She initialized the cancellation and said you will get the refund amount with in 7 days.
6. on 7th Aug 2017 Again I called to customer care and asked about the status. I was told that amount will be refunded in 7 days.
7. on 9th Aug 2017 Again i called to customer care for status. This time I was told that my amount 400 will not be refunded because "I have recharged the amount not I have deposited the amount". So I was asking then why customer care told that my amount will be refunded that's y I cancelled the SIM card. I spoke with higher officer and he said I will ignore your cancel request and he said after 24 hours you can go to any (either Bangalore or Tamil Nadu) JIO showroom and activate the SIM card with out paying any amount.
8. on 11 Aug after completing 24 hours I have called again to customer care to check whether my SIM card is ready to activate. She told that she can unblock and activate the SIM card. After checking 2 minutes she said please call after 2 hours because the system is busy.
9. I have called again after 2 hours to unblock the SIM card and the person in the call said that you have to pay Rs.229 to unblock the SIM. He said that paying amount is the only solution to activate the SIM.
10. I went to JIO show room in Bangalore and explained the above story. They also said same thing that you must pay 229 Rs to activate the SIM Card.
11. Finally I will not pay 229 rs to activate the SIM card as you can see above every time I called customer care I got different opinions / suggestions.This is not fare by giving the solutions which will always change and make customer annoyed.

My Questions :
1. I asked for Prepaid SIM and they gave me Post paid one which I came to know 7 days back. Why the post paid was given when customer asking for prepaid ?
2. Why the Postpaid SIM will accept the recharging like Prepaid SIM?
3. The SIM card was working properly and without any payment till JUN 2017 and some plan changed on JULY 2017. Why there was no intimation via message / Mail on or before JULY 1st week?
4. You can see the above points that each time when I called customer care I heard different stories from all of them. This was not fair and I got more depressed because of calling again and again.
5. Now I can't pay the amount of Rs.229 to JIO and activate the SIM as all the mistakes are done from customer care perceptions. So I can pay maximum 53 Rs which I have received message and I want to use the 399 plan for 84 days.

Please provide the solution with in a day as I was struggling for 1 week due to this issue. If I am not getting proper solution with in a day then I may need to proceed with the legal action on Consumer Court by attaching this email.

Before update app is very safe but after latest update shows a malwer when I scan my phone via Samsung galaxy smart manager device security. so I am going to uninstall this app I know this app is very important for me to check my remaining data bt my phone safety is very important I hope you fix this malwer. Pls my jio app problem resolve urgent pls plsss.

Sir. I would complaint so many times about my slow speed of internet. But all times the resolution is not satisfied. since last December I hear only one thing from you that we are working a site plan in your area this take only 2 months, and after 2 months,again 2 month and then 2 more and so on. It means customer are mental who pay for high speed net but get slow speed net. Sir I tell u to resolve my problem till 15 August otherwise I will take a strict action against you ( jio ). I will fill a case in consumer court about violation of consumer rights by you.

Res Sir/Madam. This is with regards to the calls I make to customer care for information and everytime I get good customer satisfaction, But I am connected to the IVR by the executive for feedback I get connected but then it gets disconnected. So the problem is that I am not able to rate the executive I spoke to bcoz of that the executive is missing on his call rating ( C-SAT SCORES) this is a big concern. I also spoke to one of u our TL today I regards to the same issue. Please do check why is this happening and get it resolved at the earliest. Executive scores must not get hampered. Thank you.

I cannot utilise my 1gb data fully. After the usage of 70-80 mb it is shown that my speed limit of the day is over. And when i am contacting your customer care representative they are saying they are helpless. This not only my own problem my friends have this complaint too and we need a proper solution. This is my jio no. 8075965134. I hope you will contact me and find proper solution before I go for further steps.

In our place the user of jio is infinity but we did not get the actual network. But the places where the jio users are less they get the network in full amount. We hv check the net speed and we get only 0.21 mbps. ie, plz do somethng or we have to leave jio and catch another network.

Network is not working properly. Out side of home network is work. But inside the home network not work properly. Sometimes network available 1or2 point. But maximum time no network available in side the home. so I request to Jio team they work properly in this area. For network problem then next time I used best network.

Why Trveniganj, Supaul, Bihar, pin-852139 is not in your consideration for Jio network. When here in this location thousands of jio prime users. They all are and myself also paid your prime amount and further recharge, but even today jio service is not here. I think, your field worker is not reporting the real market survey of this area. lack of jio, I and other mambers of my family using Airtel Sims. Consider, my faith in your Jio and start jio service in Triveniganj. Thanks, Pradip Prakash.

Jio SIM is not working. I am your user since 10/07/2017 I got a Jio Sim it works only internet but no voice calling. Please activate also all other services too.

Jio services will lose their customers. Others are giving better offers than Jio. I'm getting 3 gb per month in Docomo, Airtel etc for 89 rupees. In Jio 2 gb for a month for 149.

I don't want 1gb per day. It's useless for me. Just waste of money. Why can't you give better offers for a month. I want minimal data at considerable amount. I'm a student and I don't want to get spoilt with your 1gb per day.

I can't connect to network and I can't call at emergency.... very bad network. I am not able use....10mb also. there no network and speed.

Hi i am a jio customer... i recharged for rs.498 on 27-7-17 And also got a confirmation message for that. But when i opened my jio account it shows 0 balance and speed is still 128kbps, plz help me. i have recharged but it is showing 0 balance.

I have recharged my Jio mobile number 8778108502 on 13.08.2017, now I’am unable to make calls and if any one calls my number the message is “Switched off” or “Cannot be reached”. Only net is working. I have called the customer care for more that 25-30 times, no one is able to solve the issue.

The customer care says that they will contact after 48 Hours. No response till date.

Now its time for the customers to think whether to use JIO.

Dear Jio Team this is Devender Kumar residing at Block P-4 Sultan, Delhi-110086 near main bus terminal Sultan Puri, from the starting I am suffering from network issue inside my house. I had complaint several times but still the problem is not resolve, every time the CC Executive manipulate me that it will be resolve within 90 days. Today also the CCE told me the same for 90 days. If the problem will not resolve by your side than please insure me that the JIO Company refund my all money which is paid for the service to JIO.

Hope the team understand my problem and confirm me as soon as possible. My plan for JIO No. 9990600288 will expire on 17.08.2017 please confirm me if I recharge my no. and the network issues would not resolve than the JIO Company refund me.

I recharge my Jio plan 399 via paytm. I received msg from jioteam of successful recharge but in my Jio account still not update... do ur best.

Here, I have recharged 399 jio offer two times by mistake today,then I request to do needful to be return me or made it's pending balanced in my Jio a/c on 198. But, they are rejecting my request due to Jio rules. So I'm request to you looking forward about it's. Kindly get me a beneficiary option... With thanks...
