Sir, On 1/11/2014, balance found Rs41831/-.I withdrew Rs41000/-.My balance was Rs831/-.I do not get proper explanation why rupees 92 has been deducted for local cheque return. Please show me the details for refusal cheque, it is deducted. Your chinsurah branch fails to explain. I request your proper enquiry.

I have a joint account with my wife in UBI palishipara, Nadia West Bengal. I have 2 request
(i) Tell me the procedure of changing surname of my wife in joint account.
(ii) I have applied for debit card as both of our debit card validity expired. But verbally manager told that he will not send the debit card by post. Presently I am not able to go up to Palashipara. Please look into my problem. My account number is 0552010111478.
