I am using freerecharge app. 3 times name password was entered incorrect. please forget password option.

Card/login has been blocked due to repeated entry of incorrect details. kindly unlock it which wld make easier for my online transaction as soon as possible.

Deducted my money RS-1900/-from my account. the toll free number of IOB give a complain no - SN031203, since the date of 03/12/2016 .but my money is not back till now. my account no - 327301000001496. how can i get my money. please help me.

My debit card is not working for any online transaction. Pls help what to do, I contacted my branch but no reply. my account no is 018201000023209.

I was used my iob atm in jan 2016 after that I lost my atm, now I got my atm. Untill today date how much money you have cut.

I have used my card to buy jewel in one of the shop in nagercoil on 20/12/2016. An amount of 50000 was debited from my account twice but none of the amount was credited to the shop's account. I will be vey thankful if you help in solving this issue.

I used by IOB debit card for a purchase of Rs.2135/- on 23/01/17 but txn not thru. swiped thrice and not successful, Used some other debit card. I got sms 3 times and rs 2135 debited thrice. On 03/01/17 re 2135 credited to my Sb ac no 821 but rs 4270/- not yet credited. debit card VISA card no 4221320911751268. I was told that server problem on that day. Pl see that the amt credited to my ac soon.

Pl. Block my A/C-069101000015711 as my atm card has been misplaced my me.

Today I went to the atm for withdrawal 4000 rs but I didn't get the amount and the amount is taken from my account. ... I just received the msg... So what's the solution.

I have company in the name ydr enterprises CA no 165402000000335. i have visa card at time of note ban i Withdrawn Rs 2000/- but i did not received the cash but amount debited from my acoount. like this happend in next day i put petrol amount debited Rs 200/- i did not receive the money. And on 21st day jan 2017 i withdrawn Rs 2000/- amount is debited from my account i did not receive cash. sir i complaint to your branch they said is not in our hand complaint no T16165433601/02 sir your need 2months to credit for my account. i want money very urgently total amount RS 4446/- IF NOT I WILL COMPLAINT TO RBI.

All your ATM machine is pathetic condition, in 365days only 265 days not working. Your branch officer are telling we are helpless. sir i request you once again see that my problem is solved as early as possible.

Hi I m Vijay and AC no 003501000225173 and the expired card no is 4221 3215 1530 0213 expired in 05/2015. I was charged 150 Rs to get new card and I threw that expired card after confirmation of bank staff that, this card is now expired and useless. I tried to make payments to airlines tickets selling companies by my own debit card for my air ticket purchase. But I could not make payments. Pl. teach me the reasons for it asap.

I have received msg on 23.03.2017 saying PIN generated for my Debit Card. When i saw the mail (2 mails) user ID asked me to put Credit Card number, and password some other xyz... It is not clear where should I go to change my PIN for my Debit Card.

I have account in IOB Aralvoimozhi-br, kanyakumari-dist,TN-629301. My A/c no is 133301000011334. Yesterday (1/7/2017) evening I used my debit card in Bank Of Baroda atm. Which is located at Lalpur-Jamnagar, Gujarat. I entered Rs5000 on the atm machine. I waited for long time to receive my cash but it shows transaction time out. So I immediately check my balance. It shows 2037 rs only. So I checked in my net banking. It shows 5000 rs debited. Immediately I complaint to BOB bank. They said complaint to my account holding bank. so please help me to retrieve my debited money. Thank you. M. Nitheshkumar.

I am using VISA debit card, my a\c no is 01231000023210. I have recently got this VISA card. I have changed my pin after receiving the card .On the immediate day while withdrawing my money,i failed to withdraw.It shows incorrect pin. I goes on trying entering the pin. So, i exceeded max limit of tries. My card get blocked. So please help me to unblock my pin.
