supply polystar lungi instead of cotton lungi
I have purchased two indian pasand lungi as per ID no-OD802664102649647400 & ID NO-OD102664231230650700 dated 23/04/15 .Your advertisent was cotton lungi but supplied 100% polystar lungi .Why? Itis market price now Rs.150x2=300.00 only.But you have taken from me Rs.
235x2=Rs.470/00.These lungi does not suitable in our tropical country. kindly refund me balance money OR exchange cotton lungi immediately.

got a duplicate samsung battery
I buyed samsung battery EB454357VU in flipkart on 4-jun-15 after 15 days it not works, when i asked ur Customer care they told replacement applied only within a week, then i meet Samsung advice to know

Microsoft Lumia 640 XL
I bought Microsoft Lumia 640 Xl from Flipkart the first piece which i receive was not able to get the network and it was very slow. I have requested for replacement The second piece which i have receive it
has bigger problem It hangs up in every 10 minutes. I tried with charging it up it get heated i did not install any application or not even logged into my Microsoft account.
There must be software/Hardware issue and i have faced the same issue twice. i was a frequent buyer and i was a very big fan of flipkart but after this experience i expected they will initiate my refund process they again offered me re-placement which i disagree.
Now please let me know is 14000 rupees is so much important for one of the biggest online retail company to cheat there customer. 14000 is big part of my salary moreover i bought this phone for my wife to gift her on her birthday now how do you expect me to trust one more time to flipkart.
If you guys really want to help me you have to initiate the refund process otherwise you can enjoy with my money i wont mind it will be a big lesson for me.

Damaged product twice
Hello i got a damaged replaced product and kindly please refund my product. My Order ID is OD302913607138938301. Customer support staff told me that they will surely refund.
No exchange of product
I was ordered 7628/00 food processor on 08 Jun 15 and I received the item on 13 Jun 15. when I received the item there is no juicer accessories in this product. So I decided to exchange this product from New 7629/90 food processor and I m ready to pay rest off money when I received the items. I mailed them but there was no response.
Bad service issue
Dear Flipkart,
As you'll are well known in the market, we also expect good service from you'll, which is reasonable. Which you'll provide I don't deny, but when we do call your customer care have courteous to speak in a professional manner. It was regards to my refund amount, I had to call 3 times, call was transferred to some other department after i explain my issue, once again to the 3rd party I had to explain every thing, which is not acceptable.
Finally I got the concern persons number & I spoke to Mr Ajinkiya, as I did not have complete information, I said I would call back with the info, the 2nd time it was (Ms. Priyani) - not sure with the exact name.. When I asked her to give the phone to Mr. Ajinkiya, the way she spoke was very unprofessional.. It looked as if she was talking to her friend, or enemy.. She asked me why do I want to speak to him, (who is she to ask me this..) Totally not acceptable. Even I have a working life but to my customer's I ensure non of my employees speak soo casually. Please take into your notice, I do not want these kind of things spoil our relationship, because I am specially Loyal to Flipkart. You'll must be having recording you'll could listen to it.. But at the end she helped me out.
Another thing to mention Your call center guys are too fast & have mugged up things, they just want to finish with things without understanding the exact matter.. No sensitivity towards customer & its called Customer Care call..
About product delivery
I am an New customer of flipkart. I am unhappy because of damaged products and Order delaying so I am requesting you to maintain in good condition and send us a correct order which we have been ordered. This very bad........... So I am unhappy with the products.

Replace my defected mobile

I have bought karbonn Titanium S6 from flipkart on 06/05/2015 and it was a defected mobile(heating problem) so, I informed to the flipkart about the problem on the same day mentioned above but there was no proper response from the flipkart. I asked for a replacement or cash back but no better reply from flipkart.Then I gave the defected mobile to the Karbonn Service center (ph:+914442654505) and they said after checking the mobile that there is a BOARD PROBLEM and they bought the mobile from me for the service and still now I did not get the mobile.I thought flipkart was a genuine seller so only I bought from you so kindly replace my mobile.
Making all customers fool
Fake prices shown. And it got change when u click on to buy the product. They are making fool to the customers. Sometimes they raised the prices after u r all done with the order( placed)

regarding bad service and change mobile screen

This is to bring to your notice that few months back I have purchased a Moto G hand set from your online site. Since Last 2-3 week, the mobile's right side screen has got black, mobile touch not working properly and also have hanging problems. I went to Motorola Lucknow service centre to resolve my problem but nobody listened to my problem and was not ready to solve my problem. Nobody knows how to handle customer. In service centre, person deny saying that there is no warranty on online purchase. When I insisted to give me in writing he took my phone for reboot. After two days I am still facing the same problem. My problem is yet to be resolved. Please resolve my problem either change my phone screen or replace it with other mobile. If you are not able to solve my problem then i will go to consumer form.
Please look into the matter on top priority and revert back to me urgently. I have also attached the bill copy with the mail.

Very eagerly i Bought this phone .But it was not good. the phone becomes very hot and download and update apps, it shows error. I don't Like this Phone totally. i was complained in 1800 208 9898 . They tell some ideas to me to correct the error on the phone and more helpful to me. the same day i checked the phone its not working properly. and some time i opened a app and it opens the different app. So i want to return this phone, and i want my money back or Replace with Redme 2 phone. because i already bought Redme 2 on your site, and i like this phone. thats the way i think mi4G are also good. but i am not satisfied in this phone. please help me to return this phone and I accept to pay the shipping charges,taxes etc... Ordered for 3 sarees n paid through ATM, but delivered only 1saree in place of 3 and the customer service told they will pay all refund after bring back the saree which they delivered.
Order not received on promising date
I am regular customer of Flipkart. I order for a flip cover of lenovo a6000+ and ur promising date of delivery is 10 july 15. but still not received and no intimation, no mail, no massege to me for delay . i suffer for your service. I am very unhappy.
Late delivery of products
Initially, In 2013 & Mid 2014 Flipkart used to deliver the products in 2 to 5 working days. Now after placing the order in Flipkart it needs 20 days to ship the product and then delivered in next one week from shipping date. It needs 25 to 30 days to deliver product now i.e. 2015.
The end of story is you need to pay money in one month advance. This is very disappointing, till this moment flipkart was my first option for online shopping. Now I need to re-think.
Flipkart unexpected bad service

As I discussed over phone many time regarding my refrigerator that product not working properly. When I call on toll free no they always say that your problem will be resolved within 24 hours but no one giving solution for the same. Every I call plz. Resolve my problem . Now the situation is no one replying

Unable to replace product
i bought a case wrong punch but i want to replace it with other product directly but this service are not available over site. why not this facility available in your site, you collect my cash directly but you not refund directly there is so confusion. how can common man purchase your product and get refund easily.
Customer service is very poor
I brought 1 prestige pan from this stupid website. thrice it has been found defective. these people are giving rejected products to customers. Now I will never shop again from your website. Return my money back and take your product.

Fault in bought product
I buy moto g 2nd gen from your website that have problem of camera. when i touch for photo then the "pink color" effect will come, I think the problem with camera app but when I update app still the problem on my phone.. and one another is when incoming call is there the "voice not there speaker wont work". This is to bring your notice that, today i have received Huwai 4X mobile without handset which is ordered on 11/7/15 through courier. Based on this i have called up the toll free number and updated the same with Mr. Arun who requested to wait for 34hrs to clear the issue.
