I am a gold card member and i stayed in Taj Mumbai couple of days back. I was unsatisfied with the hotel staff as they were rather rude and untrained. This is first time I had experienced something like this in any of the Taj hotels.

I had very bad experience from taj duty manager in Taj Mahal palace tower-Mumbai. she behaved so rude to me as I took a juice for my child frm outside-she can say tat politely but she had put me on hold in the reception I front of all guests n staf's n threatened me. felt really bad n frustrated, her name s prachna.

Hello sir I am very unsatisfied with hotel staff, the hotel staff behavior is very rude. I hope you can seriously my problem can accept and can take proper action. please sir take proper reaction and I know reply and I hope I know repeat this problem. I hope you that will get seriously take this problem.
