Hello sir my name is nitai paul. i have one policy which is1H007029007, I open my policy on 18/04/2017 and i received my policy bond paper by speed post on 05/05/2017, now i want to surrender my policy. so i have already submitted all the legal document (policy bond paper, pan card and aadhar card xerox with self attested, SBI pass book xerox, 2 passport photo) with free look cancellation and diret credit mandate form in sbi life betul branch at 08/05/2017. But branch manager reject my free look form so i want the reason of rejection. please help me regarding above this policy my contact no. 9669531445.

Total values comes out to be near about 62,529-..( Rs.40073+22456+62529), where as amount credit to my account-65008625251 on 30.06.2017 is not matching with the total amount to be paid under Old and New scheme. It is observed that only Old scheme amount was paid to me. Please check and pay the balance amount lying in New scheme of SG.

My premium amounting Rs 50k was due on 12 Aug 17. I had spoken with your customer care on 9 Aug 17 regarding if i will pay premium on 24 Aug 17 any amount charge. He says between 30 days no amount will be charged by sbi life. You are requested to refund the deducted amt of Rs295. After refund the same then i will kept premium amt on my acct. Sir, i vikram singh policy no 57005387803 am really sorry and unsatisfied with your services. I just made online payment services for my policy, for the 2-3 months online deduction was made but after that no deduction was made . even i was not informed not by the agent neither by the company. today i called the sbi toll free no and checked my status, they told me that my policy is lapsed and i need to go to nearby sbi office and pay the amount along with the interest. This made me feel bad and like making a fool of myself by being a part of the sbi life insurance group.

I have noticed that from my SBI S/B AC no.11079875709 two amount debited with my concern on 03.10.2017 said CMP AC debited from sbilife. Hence I want to know that for what sbi life certificate no these two entries has been deducted. My Policy No 38005219909 commencement date July 2010, though i called customer care regarding my total contribution till this Nov 2017, they are not able to give prompt reply instead saying that net work problem. Please give me prompt reply about my contribution as soon as possible.
