Pathetic service. My mi4i phone is still in warranty and service centre people are demanding rs8,000 for phone repair. I called up multiple times and even escalated the issue but the escalation team is just waiting for the warranty period to get over . I talked to escalation team people names are madan, Punit, Rajesh but they never called back after several promises. Please advise.

I have redmi note 3 3gb,32 gb variant and it is running on 8.0.6.0 version. I was having issues with Internet speed then I contacted the jio server and they told mein to update tha latest version of my phone. Now When I try to update my phone it shows that there are no updates available.. I tries several times but m facing this problem again and again. My friend is also facing same problem as he is using redmi 2 mobile. M using mi since 3 years.. pls reply me.
