Dear Sir,

I am your regular customer and going on abroad tour from your organization through SOTC every year since last many years.

However on this last tour as mentioned above, we had came across a serious luggage carrying by ourselves. As usual we had paid 3.00 Euro each by every passenger i.e. 14 days 42 Euro each per person and the tour manager was very helpless on this matter as he categorically told that this time the company had not managed the luggage issue. Some time we had to carry our luggage more than half kilometer specially in Russia. We are attaching herewith the photograph for your reference.

Also for other tour operator other than SOTC the luggage issue was managed by the hotel itself.

Hence we request you the reimburse our 3 Euros paid by us for 14 days X 3 Euro X 2 person = 84 Euro immediately. Further we request you to solve this issue on the next tour.

Very bad experience about manager. He is hopeless. We lost our passport in Stockholm and he misguided us and drop us from bus alone. He told, you people go complain in police and go to embassy. He don't know how to handle the situation. We are your regular customer. we are very very upset.

I had booked Europe tour for 2 at sotc carnival held in LVPalace in Baroda in feb2016. The package given to me at that time was all inclusive of insurance and govt taxes. Now they are asking for extra service charges. if u cannot honor your commitments, right at the very beginning of the tour, I wonder what the rest of the experience is going to be like. kindly ensure package redressal at sotc jetalpur road baroda gujarat branch at the earliest. hoping for a quick reply.

SOTC company is FRAUD dont book any package from this company. My visa has been refused from the embassy and i am not able to get any support from ur tour agent as he said clearly to me that only visa fees will be deducted from booking amount. And now ur tour adviser agent is not providing any money to me. Its very embarrassing for me because I have provided my all documents regarding visa approval. If I will not get my money back I will make this scandal for fraud behavior against SOTC on all social media network and on media also.

SOTC is fraud and not responding for my mails and comments..totally fraud. I will surely publish this on all social media, facebook twitter whatsapp and on all.

Pathetic service, no intimation before bookings, wrong bookings.Shows communication errors and wrong information during booking. They also have very late service. I am afraid to send my parents to this tour, dont know what is gonna happen next.

I have booked Kerala tour package for 4 nights 5 days. Paid full amount but now they are asking me to avail the package for 3 night and 4 days, one day amount they are keeping in pocket. Very bad experience, never choose this company. These people will change your itinerary without your knowledge no breakfast, no hotels on day 1 provided and even after taking full amount. Hope customer care will act fast my tour starts on 24th dec.

We had booked a tour for far east but due to the negligence of the tour manager we had to expend 50000 extra.

I was continuously calling the tour manager for sending the tickets from 4 days of going for the tour but neither he told us when us the flight nor he sent any tickets. Our flight was at 9 of clock at night and we were sent the tickets at 3 of clock in afternoon.

Such is the service. The manager name is Rishabh from Ambala branch. He sent the tickets at 3 of clock and called me to tell at 4 of clock. We stay in panchkula, harbans and it takes minimum 5 hours to reach Delhi. We couldn't leave at 4 by car and Rishabh the tour manager asked us to try for flight from chandigarh to Delhi and also said that he would compensate for the amount.

The tickets for chandigarh to Delhi costed us 50000 but as per the promise he didn't give a single penny back to us. I have been a regular customer of sotc but seeing this I felt very bad. They also ask to fill the feedback form at the end of the tour. I filled it with same complaint but no action has been taken against the guy.

Overall we immensely enjoyed the conducted group tour of Spanish Fiesta. There were quite a few difficulties experienced in processing Schengen visa from Spain Consulate. It is suggested that the Itinerary be changed to start the tour from Lisbon. The itinerary was too tight and tiring even for younger persons. The Hotel accommodation in all the places was very good except in Madrid.

This is regarding our forthcoming trip to Singapore which starts on coming Sunday i.e. 04/06/2017. Please note we have personally handed over all documents required for Singapore Visa on Wednesday, 24/05/2017 at SOTC gurgaon office (as per Mail from Ms Ritu ). On 30/05/2017, i got call from Mr Rakesh Ranjan for another photo of my daughter (Janisha Lohani), which was duly mailed by me same day. Please note on 31/05/2017, again i got a call from Mr Avinash from your Delhi office, with one more enquiry. I am surprised and perplexed to receive such queries as this stage. When i checked further with Mr Avinash, he told that he had received the Visa documents only on Saturday i.e. 27/05/2017. However, Ms Ritu in Gurgaon office has confirmed that Gurgaon office has sent the documents immediately to Delhi office. Both of your offices are giving contradictory statements and one of them is definitely lying & passing the buck to each other.

In spite of writing mails nobody has replied. Its unethical and unprofessional attitude of SOTC. Its very disgusting which in result causing agony and mental tension to me and my family. Our families excitement is slowly turning into a nightmare. Singapore Currency has to be taken only after getting Visa. Please note you will be held responsible for any untoward incident. An immediate reply is solicited.

I am Mayur Jain (CRM : 0003761). I travelled from SOTC on a personalized Trip. I had so many problems with the trip like...
Late pickups,
Expired Vouchers,
Dropping for dinner at 5pm,
Nobody received our call which wasted so much of our time,
Wrong Suggestions and many more

I had to Pay for Aquarium at Sentosa in Singapore which I had already purchased in the package
And they assured me that I will get the money back in the hotel the very next morning. Which I didnt got and after coming back to India I gave those purchased vouchers and bill to SOTC (branch Kalyan) on 7th July'17 And yet I didnt got the refund.

NEVER going to travel with them Again.

We booked our vacation trip to Europe (Rotnomoy Europe) from 27th September to 10th october 2017 from your Kolkata wood street office, the trip cancelled due to non availability of sufficient tourists. They promised me to send my booking amount within a week but still it is undone. please let us know the status.

We book Thailand tour in Nov. 8, 2017. On booking time SOTC collect full amount from us including visa charge but before 15 of tour they inform me that you take visa on arrival, we will return your money after your tour. We return on 13 Nov and call to sotc near about 50/60 call and giving complaint on live chat but till my money not return. Also when we reach Thailand SOTC not provide Hotel voucher which must have for visa. Because of this problem we faced lot of problems at visa counter in Bangkok. All staff of SOTC speaking and giving wrong and fake information, very bad experience with SOTC. If any body thinking deal with sotc don't do any deal.

Three of us took the SOTC group tour to Jordan and Egypt from 17 to 28 February 2018. We had very bad experience with the international air transport and hotel accommodation at Cairo provided by SOTC. Two of us were booked in business class by Kuwait airways from Mumbai to Amman on 17 February and from Cairo to Mumbai on 27 February. On reaching Mumbai on 17th midnight we found that SOTC has not given the PNR no of one person and Kuwait airways refused to take us. Consequently SOTC booked us in a later Oman air flt and we missed a whole day in Amman and the city tour. We lost two nights sleep and all the consequences.

In Cairo they provided put us up in hotels with useless rooms far from the Dreamland 5 star hotel as promised. Precious time and energy were spent in changing hotels. Will SOTC kindly answer?

We have faced worst tour ever with sotc. Never go with them. WE faced the first shock when tour bus person left us and went off at airport. We had 4 children and 6 senior citizens with us, imagine in unknown country. Singapore check out immigration takes time. its not our fault. Whats the use of customized tours. We faced repeated such issues in our travel.... esp with the tour buses. Dont go for customised tour with them. Horrible experience.

I booked a holiday trip to Rann Ustav for 24 Dec 2018 through SOTC and paid Rs.39649/- on 27 Sep 2018 the reference no is AD00012437.

I was promised by salesperson Mr Salman that I will get a cash back of Rs. 2000/- and my booking will be confirmed. I asked for booking confirmation on 28Sep2018 Mr Salman didn't reply. On 28Sep 2018 I got a call from Ms Geeta of services team saying that they have not got booking confirmation from Rann Ustav and so I can book the tour from some other operator and SOTC will refund the amount paid by me. Then I got mail from SOTC to send bank details for refund. I gave the details on 29 Sep 2018.

I kept on calling Ms Geeta and Mr Salman on 1 and 3 Oct 2018 but they didn't come. I then pushed a customer care person then she joint me to Mr. Abdul (Supervisor) he said that they have fwd my case to concern team and they will refund money and he will reply with status by 3 evening. I kept on following but no one replied and even they avoided my call. On 4 Oct 2019 I called and Mr Abdul told that they have not got the refund so they cant give or they will deduct the charges.I said that this is not my fault I have not cancelled the booking SOTC Instructed to do so. I have booked with someone else now. Nobody replied and they stopped taking my call and then they said that we will do something if possible and you have to give time.

I called on customer care again on 5 Oct 2018 and i was joint to Mr Amar Mandal(Manager) as no other person was ready to take our calls. He said that we have never said that the booking is not confirmed and do you have any mail from SOTC. When I said that why have you sent me a mail on 29 Sep 2018 and 01 oct 2018 for refund and requirement of bank details. He was shocked and he was mum. Then he said that i will not get cash back, there is no such thing below 40000/- we don''t know our executive has committed or not. I have still not received my money I have paid two times for the same thing.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY ... DONT BOOK .... THEY WILL SALE AND RUN AWAY..... BE AWARE OF THEM.

Please refer to the booking id mentioned above. Though on tour management was nice, I had a lot of problems before going for the tour, at a certain point it even seemed we cannot go. It felt quite insulting to be treated like that. I am registering the complaints in hope to get some resolutions.

1. No person came to meet me, in spite of repeated requests, i reside in Lucknow, capital city of UP, so how it was not feasible for them is beyond my understanding.
2. No original papers were handed over to me, on my query for how to get through visa/immigration, it was told to me that it will be given on the airport, no one came to airport, no papers were given.
3. Airport authorities refused to permit us in for departure as we didn't have original visa papers and there was no travel agent to confirm or facilitate things. I called all the numbers i had before booking the tour, as there were several calls came for booking, and two numbers given to call in any problem, no body picked in spite of repeated calls. We had to use our own contacts and relations at those last moments to get through the immigration barrier. if we didn't have those our own contacts at airport authorities, we could not have gone to the tour. This uncertainty would certainly forbid us to take another package from sotc.
4. Prebooking we have been assured to get a travel kit for each of us, the sotc Ap showed that these has been purchased, but these never came to us, and on inquiry, it has been assured that these will be given on airport when agent will come to give papers. Nothing happened, those kits are still pending, so now a refund is what that i needed, please tell the procedure how will you refund. Others on the tour were carrying the kit and it again felt quite insulting to treat us like second grade citizens.

Hoping to hear from sotc soon and to have resolutions about my complaints.
