On 15/06/2017 I booked railway ticket by II AC on Train No. 12626 Kerala Express for my journey from New Delhi to Kottayam. The ticket was booked using Canara Bank credit card No. 524446010506XXXX (Master Card) and when it failed used SBI card No. 433587786408XXXX (VISA). A sum of Rs. 3945/- was deducted from each card and no ticket was issued. both card payments failed. Thus a sum of Rs. 7890/- was deducted cumulatively from both cards. In the IRCTC web site failed transactions the following TXN ids are being shown. a) 100000876333318,b) 100000876325394, c) 100000876261996,d) 100000876261965. so far no refund has been made.

I have many times make a new and create an account but showing always. plz contact international customers service If any long reason and mistake fill form for my side then you suggest plz. And told me that who are this is possible for filling form.

Please refund my amount Transaction id 100000875875253 on 15-05-2017.

I have cancelled my ticket on 29th June 2016, but still m waiting for the refund, customer care people don't know exactly when I will get refund in my account. it's already 13 days passed, very pathetic service, totally disgusting.

I registered on IRCTC website but did not received my password, i checked and rechecked my number and tried registering many times but without success. I also tried from a different phone number but still never received any sms. This is very bad.

I tried booking a ticket for 2 passengers on dt. 30/07/17 and the transaction id no. 100000926678438. It is showing as failed payment in the failed transaction, whereas an amount of rs. 1510 has been deducted from my icicI bank account on the same time. Pl. Refund the amount as soon as possible on by account and necessary intimation may pl. Be sent on my mail id. The snapshot of the failed txn. Is attached for reference.

I have booked three ticket in Rajdhani express form New Delhi to Patna in PNR No.2562639410 and opted atleast two lower birth because the two passengers are old aged and patients. But, after booking all three births are allotted upper without any massage or notice. So, please change at least two lower birth out of three.

I booked two tkts for two adults sr.citizens vide PNR no.2335785812 and 6605252770 from Darbhanga to New Delhi and back for 14th Oct. & 18th Oct.2017 respectively. While booking by mistake I couldn't tick the column for sr. Citizens and I paid full amount of the tkts. Will you please consider my mistakes and refund the concession amounts to my bank account?

I have booked the ticket in purusottam express (12802) for 17 sep. My money has been deducted from the account but the ticket booking is showing failed (transaction id - 100000961147952). So i requested u to enquire the matter and inform me for that. So that i should have to book the ticket again or this booking will be confirm.

I have booked in railway e-ticket through online IRCTC NEXT GENERATION PORTAL and payment was deducted from my Savings Bank Account. But ticket status failed “(Ticket details: Name Sri P.D. Vijaya Kumar, Age 56 Years, Train No.17015-Visakha Express, Class-2nd AC and Transaction I.D: 100000962859417, dated: 02.09.2017)”. Hence I have request to kindly return my amount of Rs.1,520/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred and twenty only) at an early date.

I booked three berths 2nd AC in the train no.22456 KLK/SAINAGAR super exp. all 2nd AC seats were confirmed but we were forced to travel in 3rd AC on dt.03-09-2017 from Kalka to Sai nagar. No matter but I should get the difference. My booking ID was:100000838955326 and PNR No.2331613698.
