How can I replace of my jio number in up west from Jio Delhi.

There is too much network problem here. Village bhoorghari, near thana masoori, ghaziabad.

Request just I want to inform you that last two days before i got new jio sim no incoming and outgoing is not woking networking showing properly data networking very dead slow like be 2g but call regarding its not working.

I buy a Samsun j7 2016 BT it was not working properly. so I made the DO at golmuri reliance digital mini. And the DO date was passed and still I didn't get my phone back.. The cluster manager call us daily in their office for the nonsense harassment but still I didn't get my u can also check in your cc TV camera. Can u help by giving information about to check my balance any other browsers or any sites either checking whether in my jio application.

I brought a new jiofi 3.And first all goes good,but on the 2nd day onwards i couldn't make call on my 3g phone using jio4g voice over the jiofi.But internet is working fine.

I gave a lot of complaint on this subject, but there is no improvement in our location on internet. when i am calling to customer care, they are telling that it would be solve in 48 hours. &saying that here is more customers in our location. totally they took 6 & more months & still they are telling that they would solve the problem.but we cannot see that what is going on there.our locations pin code is 574211. So kindly requesting you to please bug the problem & solve the problem.

Myself Dr sandip Mandal reputed doctor of north Kolkata using jio for last 4 months. My phone no is 9433567925. Recently i am facing poor connectivity problem at my home for last 2to 3 wks. I have complained the same to your customer care several times but no action has been taken.In this regard i have decided to port my number to another operator. There are all together 6 Jio connection in my home and all of us are going to change the operator.I am requesting the company top official to take necessary steps against the people for whom i am compelled to discontinue the Jio connection.

Sir, in my village, Reliance Jio 4G network is very poor from beginning. In this regard,i had contact with customer care several time. Very bad behavior and very bad service they guided us to change settings. we did it. but, still network problem disturbing us. request honestly to solve this problem at early plz.

The internet speed is too slow even in volte smartphones.

I am gprk. I used jio 4 voice for several days already but after I reset my phone it is not configuring when I reinstalled. it is keep showing configure with the number in jiofi. plz lemme know the solution coz I cannot able to place calls and messages and video calls other than this problem everything is good. Plz answer me as soon as possible.

After updating my old version of jio 4g voice app i can't do any call because of call drop during dailing (7019654529).

I was complained in your network regarding very bad and slow network issue atlest more than 5 times but still I did not get sufficient answer. Today at 12:12 pm your customer care person call me 7016834985 at my phone and he use very bad language in talk and rudely behavior I never expect this type of service.

Plz do some strict action and tell me.

Sir, From the last 30 days i suffered from bad network provided by jio. I complained about 5 times they always said we didnt get u, but i take call from the technical team. They provide wrong rewards. About 10 of my friends shifted from jio to vodafone as per this issue, we get only .06 Mbps checked on netvelocity app.

If u dont do anything in my area then all of ur customers in this area will get shifted towards other service providers
