Yesterday i.e.on 08.04.17 I have ordered for one Lenovo K6 Power Gold Mobile - Txn ID: TX108852118898444001 on your online sales site. At the time of making payment through net first I wish to make payment through Corporation Bank whose Server was not on at that point. then I again from my cart I went for net payment through Andhra Bank which was successful and bank debited my account with Rs.9999/- but my order was not confirmed yet by you.

Its very bad experience that i returned sonata wrist watch on last week with refund amount expectation but your salesman put same watch again and not clarify what is the scenario. i again filled up product return data still not received any conformation msg or mail from flipkart. And unwanted product still on my table. Worst experience.

I was purchase a LYF jio Water 7s (Gold) mobile through Flipkart Rs.7838. I booked my order dated 29th april, Order id no OD109023231906945000 & I received my Parcel on 2nd may 2017. After open the box I was notice that the touch key, Navigation key & sensor was not worked properly. I want to return & refund but their was only one option "Replacement". Then i contact your customer service centre & talk to your Executive. He told me that the product was not eligible for return & refund but they agree to return & replacement, Return Id: 1020905981785804831. They told me the product was replace by hand to hand & i receive my new set.

On 5th May I received my New set with same problem, the mobile was also damaged, touch key, navigation key was not working & dead. Then i contact your customer service centre for Return & refund but they deny to returns even replace, and told me that now they don't do anything regarding this & for this visit to the service center. I visit LYF service centre (Beniapukur) bt they told me that LYF jio Water 7s (Gold) is manufacturing defective set and the company was already withdraw the set in market. They deny to replace me the same set and told that they provide me LYF jio Water 7s (Black) after 7days and they dont provide me the gold colour because of the manufacturing defect but their was a difference between price. I brought the set Rs 7838 and now they provide me Black rs 7438 diff is 400 rs.

Now Service centre and flipkart both are deny to refund, I need help regarding this and your customer executive forward my problem to your investigation team and they are also worthless. They don't provide me any support and told to contact LYF customer care, LYF customer care also deny for any help regarding this. I already handover my set to the service centre but till date their was no reply from their side. I even don't know the set was actually change or not. If the set changed by service centre then I refund my balance amount which is Rs 400 or if they deny to change then you return your set and refund the amount rs 7838. I already contact your customer executive for more than 20 times but they all are useless and i don't receive any help form them.

As I purached Panasonic p85 mobile from flipkart, I found mobile Mike is not working immediately I called to flipkart customer care he said our executive will come n pick it within 24 hours but no one was came. Then I called them again next day executive said request is not raised for ur product. I said please raise a request, he said ok and once again 24 hours complete no one was came for pick-up then again I called to flipkart executive. 3rd time he said will take like (today is 10 June 2017 and engineer will come 14 June 2017). Every time I called to flipkart they make new commitment and still no solution what will be happend. I heartily recommend to everyone that don't buy anything from flipkart. Everything make fake commitment and no results. Flipkart always give MAAFI CHAUNGA not product. My number is 9899448845. I live in gurgaon.

Wid due respect u and your entire team is doing nothing just a waste of time, My order is mse wooden birdy set of 5 steel knife, when i recieve my packge two items are missing it looks like someone steal it and i order for replacement they reject twice what is this if ur inspection network is poor then why did you running this, customer care call me ask me for exactly what is happen ? Just for formalities and asking for feedback once they got it they are blind folks never gonna receive customer call and emails. I ordered red mi note4 cover on 17th June 2017. I got delayed delivery of misfit product. Ordered replacement, got misfit product again on 7th July. Trying to refund the product but request is not getting initiated. Horrible experience with Flipkart.

Hi, I purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 plus 3gb Ram on 8th August 2016. Phone is working fine but the problem is adaptor as it got fused just three weeks ago and not working at all. There is no physical damage. As there is a warranty for one year, is it possible you guys could help in this matter. Thanks.

Hi,

I ordered for jeans which on the website mentioned to be of 34 size, After delivery it happened to be 28 size, Called customer care for replacement, spoke to rep and a supervisor, The call was disconnected on me, Such unprofessional and pathetic customer care people, Called again for at least 4 times more, Was left on hold nd then they disconnected my call, It has been the worst customer care, Supervisors hired can't speak English and have been extremely rude and I'm so disgusted with This, I would never order or let my friends and family order anything from Flipkart, My concern is still unresolved and I was left angry and mentally disturbed..It ruined my day and I hate Flipkart and people working there.
