I have been happly using my XPERIA Z2 since 2015 but recently i have changed my sim card which is not being detected by phone. i had reset factory setting also. i tried new working sim card from my other device also but no response again.

I am a user of SONY XPERIA ST23I, have the same problem but in a different manner... I.e., when I switch of the mobile with headphones being connected and switch it on.. headphones are working, but the external sound is missing. I mean during calls, the voice from other sound is audible unless headset is inserted.

on the other hand when I restart mobile with out headset, entire sound system is normal, but headset s are not supporting. I cleaned the jack with pins n removed lint.. even though no result was obtained.

this is my issue.. hope I would get a solution.

from various upcoming phonelist i have come to know that sony xperia may launch a mobile phone named M ULTRA with 6 inch display 23/16 camera android 6 within this year. i am a die hard fan of all sony products & so i am eagerly waiting for this mobile set. pls release it fast in india & pls let me know the approx price.

I have submitted the phone at your service centre at Rajkot Jay Shree Electronics vide work order nos. W117040300379 SERVICE ID 17040300379 DT:03-04-2017AT ASC. They are saying online purchase done from Flipkart are not covered under warranty terms. I am approaching the consumer forum where my mobile is under warranty till 1st June 2017 according to my invoice. They fail to give stand by piece and very rude pathetic behavior. I recently bought sony xperia xa ultra dual, it continuously ask for some update so i just updated it. suddely All the status bar icon are showing two time eg:two wifi icon, two blutooth icon etc.. and next is their is two battery icon each shows different battery status example one is showing 20% and other is 50%. I have bought the mobile just before 15days, i am really worried. please do help me.

The screen of my Sony Z ultra is broken, i want to get it changed. But the service center is refusing to repair it.. plz help.

I Purchased a sony xperia phone one and a half year back for a hefty amount now it is handing up. I had gone to the service center there i was informed that only 20% of the money will be paid by the company remaining 80 % has to be paid my me if i want a replacement. Which was the only option as the service for repair is not available for my handset. I am clueless what to do, i relied on the brand and made the purchase and now no repair option leaves me without a choice. I do not want to give 80 % cost for a replaced phone.

Please guide me, a big brand name cannot just make a rule of replacement and that to of such a huge percentage. I trusted on the brand one and half year is a very small tenure for such problems to arrive in a high end phone, Which makes me think further if i should go ahead to use the brand in future.

I am looking at replace but at a better price only. I had bough the phone online and have the bill- papers in place.

Hi, myself purchase a Sony MDR XB450 Headphone from Dewan Shop Bathinda may be in 2015/16. In last month, one side cable of said Headphone has been cut erroneously from the joint. Despite my approach to Sony Customer Care Service located at City centre Gwalior Madhya Pradesh India (Where I presently doing my job) for repair of the same on payment due to it's warranty period has been completed, but they were told that such facility is not available with them. Please tell me what I do to repair of Headphone or where I to approach.. With regards to - Natha.

My brother send me this phone saudi arab 1year before. A few days ago me search my imei number, then me see some problems. they tell me my phone is lost, but i dont lost my phone then why they tell me? Today my brother send me his photo in imo, i download this photo, here type, your photo is auto saved in gellary. then i go to gallery but here is no photo.. what can i do now?

I wanna know is bad pin jack damage speakers and subwoofers. and when the subwoofer is turned on during that time if l connect my phone would it damage my speakers and subwoofer?

Hello Sir/Madam,

Sony VAIO E series laptop keypad and touch pad not working, no response i enter all keys. Morning I worked normally with laptop, And night again switch on the laptop, But not working any keys and touch pad even assist key also.

Kindly help how to resolve this problem. I googled and tried Fn+ F1 keys. Reset menu shown and i did reset but no response.

Hi, I am using sony xperia XA1 plus since 4 months.

This is 6th time my display is wenk in blank after talking on call. Previously 5 times i used to hard restart the phone as per the suggestion of your customer executives, this time its not happening. what should i do. So many people told me not use sony but with the trust i used it but this is the case.

I purchased one sony home theatre and complaint registered and Sony is not attended the complaint even after 10 days after assigning to the service center.I understand that even customer care doesn't properly support to solve the issue.

My VAIO laptop Webcam suddenly stooped working showing webcam not connected to your device already talked to Microsoft Customer care they suggested to connect with sony customer service center just want SVE15126CNB Webcam driver.

I wish to inform that I have purchased KDL-42W900B (LED TV), Serial No.18617901 on 15-04-2015 from Max Electronics, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. As such, the TV have No Picture and complaint booked on February itself. The Service Officer Mr. Sudhakar, Trichy was told that the Mother board was damaged. So he told to me, I will arrange for Mother board, if it is not available, I will arrange for exchange offer through next higher level. But till date no response in yours.

I love the sony products. In last 20 years I have purchased only sony tv, sony home theatre, sony mobile and sony headphone. But nowadays the poor performance at your end. I will not expect this. Moreover, I have booked the problem in one month ago. but the net result is zero.

Hence, I request the authorities to kindly consider my request to replace or repair in good condition and the Sony TV as reputed organization brand.

Not showing, any thing randomly restarting. Dont buy this product, I am trying to complain but no response from Sony side, I bought it through reliance digital outlet from city mall kota. They are saying after warranty there is only brand warranty. No customer care nothing.

Sir, i m your sony tv customer and i m regret now that i buyed your tv bcoz it doesn't work properly. From last few month this tv have problem we complaint about this many times and then boys from custmer care come from shriganganagar and repair it but again after few days the same problem occure again we are now fed up with your customer care service we are not satisfy with your. I requested you to solve our problem and replace our sony tv if you cant replace it i will go to consumer court and complaint about you.
