My complaint is your service is very bad at this time. My money transaction why r you pending in process?? Refund my money wth penalty otherwise I case on you on grahak manch board. Above 5 day's cross this pending process. So Plz give me my money quickly my own bank account.. otherwise I will show you any moment.

I recharged my mob. No. Three or four days ago the transaction is showing successful but i did not yet received balance in my mobile. Account but the balance is deducted from my bank balance. The order no. Is 3235588465.

I mistakenly add to my paytm wallets from my credit card instead of 6500 I added 65000 pls help to return my amount to my credit card transaction ID NO.10497211126.

I, Maruthi had purchased calcimax-K2 -20nos. and Bon M-K2-20nos. tablets vide Invoice No. 20171802009011932 on 19-5-2017 at Medplus, near Dayanad College, KumaraSwamy Layout, Bengaluru -560078. Due to some connection problem, the double payment has been done through my Phone no. 9731560711 on paytm. In the invoice wallet ref ID-812EF59W against my PayTM wallet order ID 10456606230. But again payment made vide wallet ref ID #RXZV76F2 against my Pay TM wallet order ID10456604562 which no bill or transaction is made.

The payment deduction is 642.60 two times vide above details. It should be one time where as second time is faulty transaction. Pl. enquire and refund the amount.

When I add money , my money of amount 3000 is deducted from my bank account but it is not added to my paytm wallet.

I didn't get the otp to my mobile number. So I tried many times,and now my paytm is showing like otp reached.

After I received this shocking Message, I started to Google search for ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS in details and it's Customer care numbers for which I was intended to report the issue but non of the numbers didn't receive my call for two - three days. After a few days later, on 22nd of May 2017, I received a SMS from Paytm. The SMS detailed is below:-

I had jio recharge 7986523882 online field 309 rupees 10 June 2017. till date the AMT not deposited my account.

Hi, I have an account on paytm. I have transfer amount @1000 but this amount is not transfer in my bank account for 4-5 days. and paytm show pending amount for 4-5 days.

I have bought 1 kg tide plus packet. Which has cash code for Rs 30. When i am going to redeem the same it shows try after some times. It is happening since last two days. It just like you are making people fool in this manner.Very shameful for paytm to use such practice for business.
