It gives can't connect to camera. try restarting ur device each time i open my camera. i restarted and even got it formatted twice... still having same problem. kindly tell me how to fix it.

I am mi fan, on September 2016 i buy a red mi note 3. But since last of 2 months its draining fast without use of mobile also consuming battery very fast.

The charging socket has become loose. Charging stops after few minutes. I have to press the charging cord against the socket again and again. The percentage of charging never goes up beyond 51%.

I have opened mi account but now I have forget my password. there is small problem when I open my mail or any app it is need to password. so how can get new password plz.

My mobile is in guarantee period. Due to having guarantee period it can be repaired free of cost or I have to pay money for charger slot... Plz give reply urgently.

I had forgot my screen lock password, So I tried to reboot my phone, at the end stage it asked me mi account password. The mi account id showing is not mine. I don't know what to do?? Please help.

I bought a new redmi note 4 with 3gb ram and 32 gb internal and the docomo sim is not working. The sim is detecting but its coming emergency call option only. i tried with register its showing 'your sim is not allowing to register on network ' like that one notification came and its not registering. I tried the same sim in a redmi 3s prime 16 gb, its working properly in that. So is it a problem with the new one, i did everything system update, factory reset, rebooting still its not detecting in my phone. please help me.

Dear sir, I am using mi4i phone since last 2years....it is working nicely. How even, now I am port my Vodafone SIM card in to Jio card but phone is only supported for internent not for other services. Please carefully look this matter....... Help me. Thanks.

The power adapter of my phone is not working. Its a waste of money to invest in these chinese mobiles.

Dear sir

From last few days I am facing one problem of prime 3s mobile as below 1) when ever my mobile is on for more than 6-8 hours then I tried to call to any one then it is showing server problem & I am not able to call. Mean while I can get messages on what's up & I can access my Facebook also. I am using JIO network my mobile number is 8830183065. To resolve this problem I need to restart the mobile once again then I can make call during this time. I have check by changing location but still problem is as it is.

Awaiting for your reply. I think this problem is from starting but at that time this is happening rarely now it seems frequency is increased.

For your ready reference I am attaching photo of mobile details. Awaiting for your quick response.

My phone slipped of my hand n it's display was broken then I repaired it from Mi store UP. It worked nicely for a week but then suddenly there were some changes like one handed mode.n then suddenly there were some vibrations and there was no light on the screen. my phone is working but there's no light on the screen. plz help me out.
