I had purchased MI redmi 3s prime handset but I can't download any file. While downloading files it's shows"STARTING DOWNLOAD" but after few seconds shows"COULDN'T COMPLETE DOWNLOAD". Please help me to solve this problem.

Redmi3s prime mobile charge is decrease 10 to 15 percentage of charge in. Night time what can do for this problem

1.Headset is not detecting so given to mi service center, they changed the motherboard issue has fixed..
2.After changing the MB, senior issue has started , if dial the number screen will be blank unable to disconnect.
3.So again they changed the MB, same display issue.
4.Again given to services center, they are not able to resolve the issue.
5. Removed the tempered glass also same issue.
6.If you required more information pls check the MI case ID - 170511-002300
7 . I checked with the service center Manger he can't able to understand the problem.( And he don't know the solution).
