Sir, In our area the net connectivity of jio is like 2G. please inform me how much time to give me best net connectivity otherwise I remove the sim.

I am using jio 3 month plan and my data gets renewal at 12am , and i am addicted to some anime and i watch them at middle night till 3 am. i can prevent this if you help me with reseting my data renewal time to day time.

Due to an issue in jio fi device went to customer care at raipur, chaattisgarh, entered at 1:45 and at 3:15 some official is saying due to system mainataince it will take more half an hour and are also not providing job sheet, for a single piece of work wasted my whole day.

Very very poor service

I recharged my number with 309 and they are saying it is only valid for 56 days instead of 84 days. I want my balance back.

My friend who linked his JIO app with my JIO app. In results, he can see my data uses and call history and other private information.

In beginning....he started the sim and gave it to me. I want to get rid off all problem.

I had a jio sim but itsn't getting jio data connection on what is the reason i had jio 4g voice also.

I just wanted to deactivate my other jio number were as 7907520363, 7907512166, 7907521126, 790752876. So kindly accept my request and please deactivate these connections immediately because theses numbers are still using some other persons.

It being a more than a year we are facing same problem of network problem and reduced speed of internet even lower than 2 g speed in vikas nagar sector 6 lucknow 226022.And expect you to plzz solve our network problem as soon as possible.

Plzzz look into my problem because its being long time waiting for your network to get better and now i m feeling to be cheated as no one is taking into cognizance for network improvement in my area. Plzz act as a resposible body/person to look into my problem so that I get better network of jio.

Internet speed is very slow only maximum 50kbps speed is coming always so i am very upset because jio tv, hotstar are not open therefore me not seen my favourite programmes. hence i kindly request to solve my problem as early as possible.

I have Jio Number 7889298851 but the same has been stop working since 17 May 2017. I mean this number has become non functional/blocked by your end without any reason. It is not understood that why has not been working my jio number. Please intimate the reason for stop service on this number. In view of above, it is requested that the service may please be restart at the earliest on my number.

Reliance jio offer of free internet or 3 months is not true. I have taken a new sim a week ago, the data pack worked nicely till yesterday. Since then i am unable to connect to the net. So beware... if you are getting the sim free you should take it other wise dont waste money on it.

Today morning I'll check that the my jio app in balance MB I will see in 1024mb at 9.30Am and i only use some 400mb only and I'll check 11.00clk MB is exhausted. So I call 198 customer service. The service tell about i am using 886 mb on early morning 5.50AM. ill shock I see at 1024mb on morning 9.30 bt he is also you are using 886mb.. Many more time I'll call customer care but no one of the good solutions. Waste of the services and to obay on the customer. I hate this network and I really vexed on this talk to more time on customer services. So pls immediately solution for my fault.

4G jio net not work properly at Games village Lalmati Guwahati. Speed of the net is worst then 2G net. Jeo TV also not work.

With reference to the above, I am a jio user from yesterday. the sim get activated today only and the main problem is, i am not able to call to any numbers even the local calls also. When I am calling the calls are automatically get disconnected itself. But internet connections are working normally.

Whenever I make or receive any call so calls get disconnected automatically. If it is emergency so how can I interact and what is the benefit using JIO sim. Please do the needful.

But there is no jio tower... many of us done recharge with 99 & 309 but there is no use of it.... so please arrange Jio tower as so as possible... Today, I received a call from 7004001213 to my number 9471003489. He told me that he is calling from Reliance Jio and there is a bill pending regarding my Jio Number 7004644942. As per my concern my Jio Number 7004644942 is prepaid. So, the bill dues issue is not applicable to my number. So, I request you to kindly look into this matter as priority basis.

I am jemin, from peringol in our locality we are facing low jio network coverage due to bad signal , around most of the youngsters are using jio and we face this critical problem here. If authorized person dosent consider this problem we r gonna ban jio and use other network. Since they provide good network signal instead of low signal jio.
