My jio number is 7021252397. My complaint is in jio TV app any channels is not working so fix this problem ASAP. This problem is giving me from today.

I can make calls from jio but i cannot receive calls. When i am free then i turns on jio 4g voice app then i receive message dear customer you have a last missed from1234567891. And i cannot see my jio 4g voice app status in my notification bar. Kindly resolve the problem.

My jio TV is not working.. It says to complaint to the care@jio.com please make this note.. After i upgraded to prime membership it stopped totally.. Kindly make this assurance to activate it!

I recharged reliance jio apps of 303 rupees SBI debit card through is wrongly vodafone no 9583755484 mentioned on 10 apr 17 at 13.22 but recharged not done for Vodafone no 9583755484 or jio no 8639010042 the above amount is deducted from my account number no txn ID SBIPG IU5278145168RPSL is received by me when I inquired from bank the told from jio side. Sir I have complained for that 01 months ago. So poor facility and bad commitment by jio team. Ple help me and refund my money otherwise closed your office and jio network.

A person gave my husband two jio Sims and he said he has recharge the SIM with 309 but he recharged it only by Rs99 my husband payed him Rs618 for two sims. He had told us that he is an employee of jio. His name was HIMANSHU and mobile no is 8285272447. How could a person cheat anyone on the name of jio. Please help me.

I am calling on jio network with Motorola Mobile (Moto E2 second Generation with 8GB Memory) since December 2016 and after initial hiccups never had any problem. I have taken up the prime membership and charged with Rs 303. For last 15 days I am not able to talk on JIO network. I have visited the Motorola mobile service center, they tell that JIO voice will not work on this phone.

I have talked to an expert, he tells this is an LTE phone and VOLTE was downloaded on this. Now VOLTE has sent a patch, to download this you need another mobile since it consumes 5GB. Unless you download this VOLTE patch, you will not be able to talk on JIO network.

Sir, not many JIO customers has such good phones, which has capacity to download VOLTE patch. If soon you do no give solution to this problem, customers will face problem with network and may migrate. My humble request is that please do something for the masses to avoid this problem.

Thank you to start my plan of Rs.309/- as earlier my plan of Rs.149/- was activated which was to be ended on 25 May, 2017. I recharged Rs. 309/- on my number but it was not activated but after making some request to your advisor, my plan of Rs.309/- has been activated now. Thanks a lot for doing so.
