Kindly pls block my jio sim no 8638041588, hence I lost it yesterday morning. I am afraid of misusing my jio no by someone else. Also can u pls tell me how it get my same jio no n same plan in replacement. Kindly resolve this problem.

I cannot get incoming and outgoing call from any subscriber no other issues yet. When this issue occurs i have change my Asus max phone and buy HTC one m8 but now also the issue remains. I made a complaint at march 18th complaint no(sr000007d3g2) but still no response from customer care authority or anyone else. For a jio connection i have spend about 28000 by changing phones and not use. So pls solve this as fast as u can... kindly resolve the issue.

Kalapunja is a village of State- West Bengal, Dist-Purba Medinipur, Pin code-721433.There is no jio netwok. My jio no is 8910308018.On 25 th Mar I contacted with jio customer care. An officer named Gourav Mondal confirmed me that the problem will be resolved on 1st week of April.So, I recharged with 99 to te a prime member. But the problem is still continuing. Please take necessary steps.

I bought Jio sim on the 8 of March.After a month, there began a severe network issue.Despite of repeated complaints the Customer Care paid no heed and tried to avoid the matter. They gave an unacceptable response that it would take upto three months to solve the issue as they have to upgrade tower capacity.Then I tried to port it with Vodafone ,but according to rules you have to be with existing service provider minimum 90days.So at present, I am stuck with a useless Jio network which is not working at all.I nave no choice but to buy a new simcard of another service provider.Just be careful while switching to Jio.First they attract you with very profitable offers and then they cheat you. It is a complete flop show as far as network is concerned.

I have jiofi device . Daily I received mail that I'll used my 1gb net but how it's possible because I'll on the jiofi after 6pm daily and I received the mail before 6pm so how it's possible that my jiofi device is switched off and the daily 1gb data limit is over. I'll do many time complain for this problem but I dont receive positive response.

There is regular server problem and speed is very low from last month,after recharge. i have complaint to customer care but he told me two months will take solve problem. It happens so please increase two months from recharge.

Jio has collected maximum no. of client by free scheme but it has lacking infrastructure facility to tackle the vast client base. Taking jio I stuck as there is no network since 7 days and they are helpless. so dont suggest anyone jio. They had cheated people.

I have brought many times to the customer care that my Jio no.8310321826 is not working since April 17, 2017, i.e unavailable to place a call or to receive a call. The message " CURRENTLY UN REGISTERED". i could able to use internet service. It's​ been checked and​ verified with hand set and IMEI no. Also.

Jio service too bad comparison free service 100 msg daily free 508 something recharge only 100 sms or this sms is not completely provide for use. Internet call drop, fail internet service, jio gave us 2 GB par day but after use around 1 GB. Service provider send us message notification of uses Data and give net slow service. They lacked speed of data before the total amount use.

Please sir my jio number net speed very very down please solution my number.

I am not able to call any one after recharging 309Rs as per ur scheme. these am very disatisfied with ur service and network because i have paid for ur scheme but still i am facing same issue. Sir i have complained for that 3 days ago but call and massage receive from jio side. so poor facility and bad commitment by jio team. thanx jio team try to do better if u can't do please close ur office and company.

From last 10-15 days my jio sim card in not working in our location..the location is Jai Prakash Nagar, Bariatu Road, Ranchi.

But when i get out of my location..the sim starts to work. I discussed this issue thrice with your customer care executive but nothing could be done from your end so far. This problem is with all the subscribers of jio of my location. Request you to resolve this issue immediately.

I am a jio prime member and I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied with your data speeds in my area. your data speeds are below 3g speeds not even reaching 100kbps where as the company claims of downloading a hd movie in 5 minutes. Pls improve on the speeds. I live in swarn path, jaipur, mansarovar.

My jio sim activated but jio tv app i download and two days i am watch the program then yesterday and today that app not work. i try to watch the moves but thay tell they was problem. so correct the program immediately plz sir thank u.

As our jio tv is not working due to some problem, so we cannot see some program on tv. so please guide us we have paid the hip money.

Jio team dos'nt response on complaint . I m facing network problem for almost 4- 6 months on 9 april 2017 i sent an email they promised me to solve the problem till 10 may but the problem is as it is.it is disgusting.

jio cinema says it needs activation subscription. i need this to be cure as soon as possible.

Just I want to inform u that my hometown is raipura distt. Panna there jio networks are not available yet and jio is not working. so please resolve the network issue ...Thanku.

I'm located in Darranga Mela, Baksa, Assam but l didn't find you Network here. In my office we are more than 400 pers and atleast 70 persons are having jio sim as they were using it earlier. Apart from us lot many other users will also join as it is big business centre. May I request you to do the needful and provide network at Darranga Mela, Baksa Assam.
