Sorry to inform you that last month also i have challenge to make my payment. i had visited your showroom for monthly installment payment of Golden Harvest Scheme, which was due to wrongly entered my email address. it's still pending for correction with your office. This month there is no SMS or Phone call from your office. when i use to visit your site for online payment message " your email address doesn't mach. pl make the correction so that i can make payment in time.

My questions to you are 1) Is the company not liable for a Defective product? 2) When there is a defective product involved and it cannot be repaired is it not fair enough to give a choice to the customer instead of imposing the rigid policies of the company. 3) Why are the store good as people selling groceries they are and amiability? not equipped to handle such situations with tact Gold being a sensitive and expensive commodity is imperative to handle such situations with tact and goodwill. 5)Ultimately in the entire process the customer is the loser as he got a defective product there was loss of time money and goodwill. If the store would have put through the deal with a little effort they would not have lost a customer who buys products worth 5 lakhs in a year. Thanks for opening my eyes to the fact you are only a name in brand but in dealings you are very very cheap and unfriendly and the credit goes to your majestic store staff.

I have recently purchased a gold kada. Started wearing it from last week. But sorry to say the sharp edges, have hurt/rashes on my body. Moreover my attire has got damaged due to the sharp edges. Please replace the product as I am not satisfied with this one.

Hello Team,

We have purchased 2 platinum rings on 22nd Sept 2018 from Tanishq store in GIP mall, Noida. And while purchasing we were promised to get 5% cashback on HDFC debit card. But we have not received our 5% HDFC cash back till now.
This is not what we were expecting out of such a big company.

I had given an order of bangle at Karol bagh Tanishq on 9th Dec 2021. On 19th jan 2022 when I was delivered the bangle it's polish was different from the the ordered product . On complaining the staff misbehaved and said that difference in polish is usual whereas it's in simple gold polish . Now not placing the order they are saying that they see at some local vendor . So I would suggest not to go to this branch of tanishq as while purchase their behavior is different from at the time of delivery.

I really think to leave Tanishq and even pre close my GOLDEN HARVEST and see some other vendor as I think Tanishq doesn't need customers anymore.
