I am using redmi note 4 since a week and I recently installed whatsapp. When I send images in whatsapp, the image quality is almost lost. I agree that image quality is affected while sending through whatsapp but in redmi, the quality is very poor while sending. I dint have this prob with my other brand phones. Could you please help me with a solution.

My mobile is Redmi note 3 its getting heat 44 C. After Switch off only I can touch my mobile itself.... Can u say solution for it problem.

Hi, i bought my mi redmi note 4 on 23/04/17. On second day my mobile get stuck into headphone symbol and 2nd thing wifi available network not showing of others wifi and 3rd thing i cant take any files from bluetooth from others even from shareit, please help.

My phone can't recognise my finger print and pattern show 119 minutes. what i do, please reply fast.

Internet not work properly & selfistick not working. I face problem at the time using the internet as there was no internet settings on my mi4i handset. When I used any sim card in this handset, there was no internet settings come & selfistick not properly working.

There is no option for front camera. When I open the camera there is no button for the front camera. I have updated the software and also done factory reset but still the same problem. What to do??

Hello...my complain is with respect to OD108943870806566000. I got a replaced redmi note 4 phone on 25th April. on the 3rd day I noticed its battery problem.. I.e, it stucks charging @exact 72%... n den takes more than 6hours of charging. I contacted Flipkart team on 7th day as I was out of station but didn't get network. The Flipkart executive told me it is not eligible for return n told me to go to service center. i was confused, since the return policy will be within 10days & I called them within 10days. i was blank after listening his words!!! OK fine, I went to service center on 3rd may @ 1:45pm.

There the service provider is so much disgusting that he is pretending like he is doing the work but instead he is negligence towards my issue. I told him my problem beside I have to lose my self respect with such person! He told me to come @4:30/5...I went @4:30... th ere he made me to wait for 1hour n then told me to cm tomorrow morning @11:30/12. As I understood the mentality of him, I called him about the issue, he told me that he has kept my mobile for charging since from yesterday (may 3rd) evening n he plugged out the charger next day @11:30 & he told me to come @5 after I called him & reminded him repeatedly!!! I couldn't believe this phone requires 18hours to charge!!! This was the issue y I went to service center... he argued me saying it is working fine!!! N den told me to cm again if it happens the same!!! I just came out... controlled my anger! and I'm encountering the same problem with the battery now. It is stopping the charge @72%, i have to disconnect charger n again I have to connect it... then it charges.. again @98 & 99% it stops charging and again I have to repeat the same procedure.

I play like this disturbing myself in the night just to charge this phone completely without any problem I will feel completely uncomfortable!!! I tried calling your number as well.. it is saying wrong number. So....please read this message and call me asap please and provide me either replacement or return for this product.. As this is a completely defective product!!! or else make sure this problem will be fixed soon. thank you.
