In my area there is no high speed. It is like 2g network speed instead of my subscription to 4g high speed.

The connection is too poor. I can't even search something on Google. Please get through this as soon as possible.

So many time i complaint jio customer care but no solution taken. Evening time not reachable at my number but full tower shows in my mobile. No data worked no incoming and outgoing gone. What is the problem want is the solution just tell me otherwise​ cut my services i change any other network.

In our area there is network problem. so I request to you plzz give there 1 network 222201. Bhilampur, sujanganj, jaunpur, up.

All premium app in Jio is not working since two or three days it says "check your internet connection and try again" eventhow my Mobile data is connected.

On 31st March, I recharged for plan of RS 149 and at first time my transaction got fail and it was written that,"If you payment has been deducted that it would be refunded in next 2 working days". But the refund haven't been done. Second time transaction got successful. And my payment has been deducted for twice, once for successful transaction and one for failed transaction. So I want to claim the refund of Rs. 149 which has been deducted in addition.

Request just I want to inform you that last two days my jio no incoming and outgoing is not working networking showing properly data networking very smoothly but call regarding its not working. My jio no 7892340408.

I live in Ahmednagar ...Tal-.shrigonda, Village - Mandavgan, Pin code 4141001. Your jio network dont have good coverage in or area. please develop good & service. Me and my 5-6 friends use jio card but there is no network.

I am using HTC One E8 mobile which has not been included in the list of compatible phone set as I have checked the list available on net. Please include the model so that I can use jio sim services.

I wanted to inform you about the problem im facing in jio sim is- whenever i use the 4g net the network shows an error. Which gives problem of the network problem.

Dear sir I AM really struggling from jio .why because last month iam por out from Tata docomo with pay prime member but not activated.then again this month 15Apr document given to jio centre with pay 308rps but number not activated.pl solved this my problem as soon as possible.

On 7 april I recharged of rs.303 as 90days validity offer. But on 17 april i got a message as the validity of offer for only 28days...so it is cheating or glitch...can I get the offer of 9 months validity..as I m ready to pay upto 50Rs. Also the costumer care person told about not to worry for summer surprize plan but it didnt activate i want justice... plz co-operate...my jio mobile number is +918830663242.

I am Anushka and I had but a new hip sip and the network is not available and when I watch any of the program it starts buffering plz connect the network fast.

I am humble requested that in our area (arya college of engg and I.T jaipur kukas 302028). their is a very great problem regarding data or network. our area is well known by technical area. there is about 5000 to 10000 user in our area. so i requested to increase tower frequency range , till jio new tower become upgraded. so i requested humbly that please send team of jio care to increase tower range . so that speed can increase. as now we are getting speed of data is 512 byte not a single kb/s.

Jio is doing a historic work in the telecom sector of our nation. Its very useful to the common people like us. But as a regular customer of jio, me and my natives facing a big problem that in our area, there is no network coverage to jio. Most of us have jio connections and most in them are ported from other networks. Here there are no network towers of Jio in our place. We will provide help in arrangements to build a network tower in our area. We hope that you will take necessary action on our grievance. I am from Puthensanketham, Koivila P.O, Pin 691590, Kollam district of Kerala state. I recharged my number with Rs.303 on 7 april at 9 44 PM by using Jio Money app but it is not activated on my number and my outgoing calls are banned and reduce the data limits. Please check the details and activate the recharge soon.

I live in Haryana but my reliance number is of Himachal. From last 15 days there has been a great problem of signals. Also, Internet too is not working as it used to.
