I have ordered a mobile phone (xiaomi redmi note 4g) on 2nd April 2015, but while making the payment from SBI internet banking, money has been deducted from mine account, but booking was not conformed. There appeared a message that the amount will be refunded within 3-4 days. Then I made another transaction for the same which was successful, but yesterday when I checked mine bank transactions passbook, then there were two times RS 9999 debited to flipkart. Then I made a call to your customer care person, who informed me to make a mail and attach a scan of the bank transaction statement. Please look into the matter and refund back the money RS 9999 at earliest.

I ordered lot of things on flipkart, I would like to say thank you for our kind of customer service in trichy....specially a Guy namely Fransis Stanley he know the products very well and explain very clearly, keep it up flipkart.

I have purchased a kingstone 32GB pen drive Sep. 2014. While trying to format it, it stopped working. Now no system can detect it. Would you please how I can try to use warranty to replace or repair it?

This is the first time I ordered a mobile Lenova A 7000 through flipkart. I have made the payment online and it was scheduled to deliver on 15th May. Now on 15th afternoon when the courier person come to deliver we requested him to let us check and see the product. Then he denied to open the product and said that flipkart dont have policy to let the customer check and verify the product even they already have paid the money in advance for the product. He not even waited for 5 mins and runaway like he had not come to deliver mobile but something illegal.

Now when I called to customer care and registered my complain they bluntly said that its there policy and you cannot open & check the product at the time of delivery. What a highly unethical policy they can make. Why cannot I check and see the product even I already have paid for the product. Why should I sign the courier sheet without verifying the product. How can i trust the courier boy that he has not changed the product. There are many fraud cases happened where flipkart have delivered wrong product/empty box/Box with brick and marble stones. Please google this to verify. Also sometimes back even on media this kind of fraud from flipkart and other online shopping portals got exposed.

Being a customer why I have no right to check the product? How they can deter me to do that even when I already paid for the product. This creates a lot of doubt in a customer mind. You go to a shop you check ans see the product and then you pay for it. They still have my money and they are not at all bothered to resolve.Now I will take the delivery only when I will check and verify the product I ordered.

So friends my ill experience is eye opening for you.If you dont believe just test this and verify.They will not let you open the product at the time of delivery.Who will be responsible if you sign the documents and you dont get the right product and even sometimes no product. Please note that fraud happens to those who ignores or is not alert for what they paid. So raise your heads for your rights. Please note that this may happen to you also. So next time whenever you put an order just ask them to open and check the product at delivery time.

I am writing all this because i find this policy of flipkart very doubtful and unethical. Also I dont want this happen to other customers.

The above order was refused to delivered at my doorstep by the company after taking the money in advance. Really the attitude of the company is suspicious . I afraid if the my product was exchanged by the delivery persons as it was received by them two days back. I doubt the integrity of the company.

I request all of you please do not shop on flipkart. I complained to CEO and company's customer assistance on telephone but no satisfactory reply received.

I given order sdcard 5th your quarboy while speaking he disconnected call tell that i did't give door deliver. he send order back off station order cancel. Again given order flip-cover. No one call to me order cancel? Your quar boy is waste in chittoor plz changer him I am request. Again call to quar office they tell that quarboy is not avabile. Plz take action.

Od 102402942732364300 against that I received delivery from c.Star hyd on 30/3/15. When I opened and checked found different from the original packing I made complaint to mfg marrico ltd customer care my compliant reg. No. Is c.R.00051843 several time they promising me after conform the pkg and other things

I am sincerely requesting flipkart to resolve my problem and refund my money today itself as I can not wait further with promises only.

Or else I will come to your office along with media personnel and will break this defective Iphone given to me and later lodge a complaint with consumer court, asking for my money back and huge amount for cheating and fraud being carried out by Flipkart.

Sending a wrong, gullible and spoiled product instead of a credible brand/product which the customer has rightly ordered. Flipkart is making fools of the Government, People and all the Systems in India. Flipkart clear off their Dead Stocks and Non-starter products by deliberately or forcefully sending those to unsuspecting customers.

Customers lose money, time and trust! Flipkart hold the money paid in advance to buy a product for half a month which accumulates to Multi Billions of Indian Rupee on any given day. Finally, customers are at the receiving end, either have to be complacent on the received product or must wait for their money to be refunded after a long struggle. Flipkart lures the Indian Class with False Discount Claims and exploits their Desire. Flipkart exploits Online Shoppers and aspiring class and cheats them - Either pushing wrong products and non-starters or making them purchase what is not needed. There must be a strong Anti-Dumping law; and have a credible and massive raid in all Flipkart Warehouses where they store Sub-standard products to be pushed in to Indian Market deliberately without any customer ever wanting it!

There are useless products pushed off from China stored in Flipkart Warehouses in Container lots - billions in numbers and tons of products of every single scrap items which they burden an unsuspecting Online Shopper!

I am very disappointed, i am regular buyer of flipkart products Frm last 3 yrs...lm shocked to see today ...i hav buyed sony xperia t2 ultra with ordered number-od102940460750160300 but it had nothing in it except the papers with empty box. i had believed the flipkart so much...now I don trust you any more. replace the mobile or else refund the money as soon as possible.

i have order honor 4c phone 26/05/15, received dt:28/05/15 evening, that same day i have use this phone very heating & camera some times not working, hanging problem, after next day morning i have given complaint flipkart not response properly. same day once switch on phone not working, the same problem shared flipkart,till now not given any solution. better don't buy this phone. i am waiting with fiat flipkart return to refund or other option to exchange other model phone.

1. I am a regular customer of Flipkart. On 08 May 2015, I I was buying clothing for my wife through the Android App installed in my mobile. i paid Rs 1516.00 from my Debit Card of SBI but the Order was not finalised because of network problem.
