My handset is redmi note 3 has been screen lock, I don't know password have forgot the password. Pls reset the phone.

In my red mi 1s only some of the apps like uc browser and WhatsApp are working properly but max. Apps does not received data of wifi ......Shows " your WiFi is off please check your connection". I have restarted my mob. 9-10 times but I m still facing this problem.

I have redmi 1s phone & facing problem of screen disappear when i call to any number & appear again when call ended. Also in this time i press the lock button but screen will not appear during call.

I purchased readmi note 4 on 8/3/2017 By online. From day one to i am using only one sim, but yesterday i put another sim, but sim is not connected, while this time i visited to day readmi service center, they people telling mi, we have change motherboard on your mobile it will cost on 8000 above.

So please exchange my mobile, i cant pay that much amount, because that's not my mistake, your products mistake. so please exchange my order, please solve this problem.

Mobile temperature reaches 42 when use internet.

My phone is heating a lot, in less than 5 minutes charging time it got heat. on using mobile data also it heating, on playing games it heating, even in phone call also. My MI note 3 16gb started charging very slow from few days. so I went to the authorised service centre to get it checked but they demanded 150 rs as estimation charges. They told me that this charge must be paid if only I want to get my phone checked.

Sirf haath lagane ke 150 rs dene honge aur agar koi fault hua to uska charge alag hoga and my phone is still under warranty. Than they misbehaved and I left.

Battery is draining much much n much faster. Heating is also a vry much issue, even if i dont use my phone still it heating adversely n m not able to use it properly the apps n internet. All dis started happening aftr 30 40 days of purchasing n amazon is saying we cant return back. i want replacement for this. I am much busy man so cant go through exact one place ur service centre.. coz m not settled at one location i have to roam all over the india every 2 days any part of india. i want replacement for dis.. call me 7802888994.
