Yesterday I had mistakenly recharge jio plan with Rs303 twice e. i.606 and 499 once total Rs 1105. Now please refund 606 back to my account.

Sim No 7001351863 Rs 99 and Recharge of 303 is made about a week ago. Still gives message No network connection.

I am using gio router from Dec 2016. Till today I am waiting for its better range. In near my office they provided Jio sim, so i bought 2 sim. They dint say anything this is postpaid or prepaid. Last week i paid for two sim 198rs. But i required prepaid sim, if i called to customer care they said, sir if you want to change from postpaid to prepaid again you should have to pay 198 for both sim. I have recharged Jio prime membership 99 rs in jio money wallet app.but i am disappointed with cashback offer.my number is 8074375462 .i have received cashback offer message. but there is no option seen to apply voucher coupon.please solve my problem, as soon as.1966,18001091999, these jio money toll free numbers is waste.no one can receive the call always. i requested i need coupon before 15th april. to avail cashback to apply 303 rs package.
