This was our first travel by vistara. Myself and my husband took a flight on the 26th of jan in the afternoon from Mumbai to Delhi. Must say that in spite of the heavy checking on account of the republic day, the staff was just awesome in their work. The ground staff who attended to us was very courteous in particular. Wished the lunch provided could have been more of Indian type rather than continental as not all elderly like that kind of food. Otherwise a superb airline and we hope it will continue to give such great service in the future as well.

I travelled today from Delhi to Ahmedabad by Vistara flight no.UK 955. I had checked in through Internet and got boarding pass Premium Economy. I reached airport counter at 6.30 am for baggage drop but to my dismay I was told to be in queue for economy class. I requested that my flight is at 7.35 am but a young male staff said there is enough time. It took around 30-35 minutes and I boarded the flight at 7.25 am when they were making final call for me.

My request is to put efficient staff at counter and sensitize your ground handling staff so that the passengers can be dealt with care. Yours is not Air India. It is associated with SIA known for its customer care and I had experienced with them.

I have been a frequent flyer from Mumbai to Delhi so i am not new to air travel. Before traveling from Vistara i have never been so frustrated by an airline. They have very poorly trained and unprofessional employees, who dont know to communicate properly with people. I will try to avoid vistara airline as much as i can in future.

I was traveling from kolkata to guwahati on 28/5/2017 with my elder brother in UK838 with seat 11F and 12B and PNR MAKLJX.

While collecting baggage we found that the bag was badly damaged, open and many of my belongings are missing. We immediately reported in the Vistara office in airport itself. It was around 2:40-3 pm and requested them to register a complaint for the same. Then a lady, as described as the superior/senior official in the group, told us that they can do nothing, this sort of thing happens in airlines, she can at best give 200.00 rupees.

She asked us to be quiet or else she will call CISF. We did not argue with her and left the place. I have images and if needed i can produce. Simply, does airlines does not have any responsibilities at all in handling baggage and is it the way they react to a passenger who is already in problem. I just wanted to lodge a complaint, so that such things should be taken care of (and it is obvious that due to mishandling of the bag , the damage occured). However in return we got a disturbing and harassing response from air vistara crew in airport office in guwahati. They even offered 200.00 rupees. I expect a response from vistara authority.

We travel 3 person on 30 apr 17 from delhi to port Blair in flight UK 771 in defence fare basis (VAFD) which have PNR JJTD62. We are authorised to carry 25 kg each but at Delhi airport vistara staff told us that we are authorised only 15 kg per person. they charged the extra amount for excess language at the time of check in. we face a lot of problem at delhi airport due to vistara check in staff. plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am traveling from Mumbai to New Delhi on 16 Oct but due to some problems i rescheduled my flight later on 19th Oct. But i was charged a rescheduling fee. Please don’t apply the rescheduling charges.

We were travelling from Pune to Delhi on 5th Dec17,when we were just about to board,all of sudden one of my friend started feeling chest discomfort and uneasiness.We asked for help and staff immediatelly helped us for transporting the patient to the nearby hospital via ambulance which they have arranged without any charges.One of their staff Ms Chitali ,she was very active,efficient and cooperative,helped us alot for making all arrangements.She also rescheduled our flight with no extra cost.We want to pay our sincere gratitude to the staff and the Airlines itself.Great Job!.

I am a member of club vistara (No. 114919501) and have been travelling frequently on Vistara Del-Mumbai-Del sector. I flew from Mumbai to Delhi on 14th January 2018 by UK996. I was holding a confirmed Economy class ticket and asked for an upgrade to Premier Economy as seats were available. (I have done this many times by paying Rs. 2000/) but this time I was told that I will have to pay 26,700 more for an upgrade and on the net a business class ticket for the same flight was showing as 27,000. My complaint is how would you justify this price. Having already bought the ticket for 6,700 my upgrade to premium economy would have cost me more than the business class.

What is more confusing is I have got this upgradation done many times by paying Rs. 2000 and your own staff at the airport has told me that that Mumbai Delhi upgrade from Eco to Premier Eco is Rs. 2000 then how come you were charging such an exorbitant amount this time. Dear sir
I was offered club vistara membership with my SBI Elite card. In the last 10 days I tried a number of times to login airvistara but failed. Made numerous calls to your customer care but even they were also helpless. Every time you were sending me a digit pin for login but as soon as I entered the pin same message flashed "AN EXCEPTION HAS OCCURRED". I wrote to you and called the helpline but they did not help. I think you have employed the most uncourteous people who never gave me a ring back to resolve the issue. Every time I called them they have same thing to repeat "please generate a new pin & try again".

Sir I have nerver come across any company with such inefficient people. It will be great if even now my problem is resolved.

Like to keep informed that I " sachin Fulsundar"have lost my "Bose Make wireless Buetooth Headphones" in the waiting area of Air Vistara Airline Schedule at 17.25pm - 18th April "Gate No 52".

I have traveling from Delhi to Pune - 18th April'18. I have request airlines to collect the iteam and deposite in lost and Found at GMR T3 Terminal. Could please help to know if you have received such item.

I with my wife Priyanka Singh travelled from Delhi to Amritsar via flight No UK 797 on 5 Feb 18, PNR is MEGYY5. Tkt No is 2282401168286. My id No is 116090855. However, my above points not added till date, i want to book tickets for future journeys.. bt 1st pl add my points.

I was booking a ticket in air Vistara via using Paytm wallet on 18 jun 18.The amount was deducted but unfortunately the PNR could not generate. Now it's 23 jun 18 ,I rang many times to customer care Vistara but they are unable to resolve the issue,I have given all details including CCAvenue order but they failed to find the solution,no reply of mail sent by me, customer care personal putting call on hold by saying Just give 2 mins I Am checking your issue then after 2-3-4-5-6...no one is there, then after every call to customer care I start saying my issue from the beginning.

One customer care madam tried to resolve my issue and given PNR no-KXVMIV and said your ticket will be send by us to your mail. when I checked it in mail there was no mail from Vistara, again I gave call to customer care and customer care personnel replied me that your ticket was cancelled automatically and they don't want give reply of my mail which mentioned the CCAvenue order and reference no of successful payment. Now you people think about it.

I am Club Vistara member since Oct 17 with Cv id no. 116298674. I tried to book ticket with Vistara on 01 Jul 18 at 1040 hrs from Delhi to Portblair for 22 Jul 18. But there is something wrong with server so i was unable to make payment. I ask to customer care executive to send me payment link to complete payment. After received link, payment of 6819/- made by me by using debit card. But itinerary of the ticket not received so i contacted again to executive, she said that my ticket is confirmed and very soon i will get itinerary of this ticket. Approx 1 hrs later i get a call from Vistara no. but could not received. After that i contact Vistara customer care executive by using mob no. 7017177697, she said my ticket is not generated because there is something problem with my booking. so i have book my fresh ticket again and rs/- 6819 will be refund to my account 24 to 48 hrs. I said i fed up by the service of vistara website so i will not book my ticket with vistara again.

After this conversation i booked my ticket with indigo for same journey at 1310 hrs. After that at 1544 hrs vistara send me itinerary of pnr O2JAMY. On 02 jul18 i again contacted with customer care and ask for refund. He said refund will be made by vistara after confirmation from investigation team by listening recording for same. From 02 jul 18 to 14 jul 18 i contacted 3 times with customer care executive but still proper solution not placed. On 14 jul 18 executive shashank advised me to send this email.

My travel date 22 Jul 18 is coming soon and my case is under investigation from last 13 days as informed by vistara executive therefor solution of my case should be placed as soon as possible. And amount should be refund in my account.

For your kind consideration and further necessary action as soon as possible please.
