I purchase a power bank order no.2861569845. And the company of power bank is Ambrane.. complaint is that the LED lights of power bank is not working so plz replace my product and give me new one.

I had changed my number before transferring my account to the new number and my old number is already discounted. I am unable to talk to anyone from paytm. Please how to make a phone contact with a person and not machine in paytm office.

After 7days he send mail we closed the matter now you contact with dealer. Is it justify? To stop this type of problem with general public I want a justice.

I have been fraud by akansha kalra on Instagram for cosmetic products. she took my money through paytm n blocked me and didnt give me my products nor money. So i talk to paytm so they listen to my problem and blocked her account. I have transacted on 20 march 2017 its 8 may 2017 i m not getting any help. Paytm email me to go to ur near police station and had a FIR and send them but Police said its cyber crime work so they just took my application for this by saying they will forward it to cyber crime but no results from there too.. her account is still block. What should i do now, how i will get my money back? I have transacted 5000 and 500 rs. To this number 9871797094 her name is akansha kalra. Please help me to get my money back from this.
