i have purchased mts 3G DATA CARD FROM DBS Solutions c-4/287 yamuna vihar delhi110053 there executive came to my residence to sell the data card postpaid and take my one photo and address and photo id but has not send it to your company and i was not able to contact them as they are not picking my phone so I am sending you scan of there bill as a proof of purchasing and my photo id proof so that verification can be done.

Dear mts team & service team.

My name is bhupendra sharma from alwar rajasthan.i m working in RELIANCE. i m small request for you n your mts company I m customer of mts brand. my mts mobile no. Is 8432201682. my problem is that I was recharge 120/- from 11/09/2015 but I have my totally amount of cut because your company was doing the many services of AUDIO TALKIES N SOME many more services n today my main balance is 0. I, i am not using for that some services n stopped today for total services n "DND" n this is your under standing for particular of services I have small handset only 900/-.

And I was calling today to consult your executive POONAM PRAIHAR AND SENIER EXECUTIVE RANI...BUT they dont get to my money n they have clearly asked for me they dont get refund my money...but I am asking for poonam your employee from service of jaipur. Dear team my small to small request for u n your company n give me my cut of the amount.

Dear Customer,

You have expressed your concern in the email dated 16th Sep-15 regarding MTS number 8432201682 about VAS charges refund process, we would like to inform you that from 10th July 2013 onwards, all VAS services would get activated through 3rd party after 2nd verification on the VAS service activation. The shift of 2nd permission call by an independent entity will rule out any apprehensions about the authenticity of VAS activation.

Post consulting group or 3rd independent party implementation and as per Govt. regulation, w.e.f 10th July'13 customer is eligible for refund only if he request for refund within 24 Hrs of VAS activation. Refund request in rest all cases like VAS service renewal charges or refund request after 24 hrs of VAS activation etc. will not be eligible for refund.

Third Party will not call the customer for renewal of the existing value added services. It is only for checking the authenticity of VAS activation.

From past 3 months we continuously try to cancel our service but no result came out. I request u to view this matter and solve our problem because u attached bill and we are not use the services. Kindly solve the matter otherwise we are compelled to go to consumer court for redress.
