On date 25 june we have received a message from your side by YR-MTSER (Dear customer validity of your MTS data card No. 8104141472 is going to expire. Kindly recharge before 27 June to enjoy uninterrupted service) then we have recharged it Rs. 399/- and when service not got start. i tried calling customer care but dint got any satisfactory reply. now i want u to give me reversal of the recharge by doing recharge on my own no. i.e. 8104516618.

I would be highly obliged. and if u will not take any action in satisfaction of this complain we have to approach customer care forum for it. This mistake is done by your side by misguiding us through a message. I have all evidences (message, call recordings of your customer service providers etc).

I was using MTS Internet service from June 2014 to June 2015, I traveled oversees after June 2015 and took my MTS device with me. I requested for deactivation , which didnt happened immediately I paid for service which I was not using from June 2015 to September 2015. Even then I got bill statement from MTS for OCT, I called & shouted @ them for reason for my deactivated account, they said it will be cancelled.

Now, from May 2016 nearly after 6 months, I am getting legal notice directly for payment of outstanding bill, I haven't received any bill statement legal notice directly. I called MTS Customer care, no response. I emailed no response, just getting Legal Notice daily, no response on my calls & clarification.

I am not in India from past 1 year, hence not using my MTS broadband for past 1 year from July. I have informed MTS to deactivated my account from July but they failed to do it on time. hence I was forced to pay for services which was not active and used. I paid for service which was used for July, August, September which will around 4000.

Again on October 2015, I receive bill, I immediately contacted MTS on Oct 3, Email attached , no response from them #Still I contacted the person from oversees, they said its some mistake, I should not receive my bill statement for my MTS.

Now suddenly, I am receiving legal notice from VIJAI ASSOCIATES ADVOCATES without any notification / pending bill statement.

When I can pay ~ Rs.4000 for the service which was used/active from July to Sept, which was mistake from MTS service team. paying 114 Rs is not difficult, but I do not expect Legal notice like above without bill statement from MTS. Can you please forward me email of bill statement first and give me due date before sending me legal notice,. On receiving bill statement I can/will pay Rs.114 immediately. I don't even remember my MTS details. And request you to kindly withdraw the Legal notice against me.

I am calling Mr. Mani on Contact No. +91-9266602596 , which is not reachable always. Also email reply from MTS, just receiving NOTICE which is not advised, I am forced to take legal action against MTS

Note: If MTS Customer Services are recording the customer calls for audit purpose, I could suggest to cross verify my oversees call to MTS service center in month of Sept & Oct. The person said my account is deactivated, and no outstanding bills. It should be me taking action against MTS for delayed customer services and costs me ~4000.

Can some one guide me I would like take legal action on MTS from all psychological disturbance suffered by me. Not using service but still paid 4000.

I was. recharged on 16/08/2016 at 17.30 hrs. for Rs. 499/- (Paid Rs. 500/-). My expiry date 16/08/2016 @ 23.59 hrs. & balance was 2087 MB as per massage by you. I was recharged from your MTS Shop New- Sanganer Road Jaipur.Today I received massage that Main balance is Rs. 0.00 at 10.53 hrs. Kindly I request you must issue a payment receipt for proof. If you want to verify please see MTS Shop Daily entry register. I therefore, request you kindly correct the balance i,e, 05 GB +2.087 GB = 7.087 GB. & oblige . Thanks.

I bought MTS device and they gave me a paper in which various recharges were mentioned (RS.248, 299, 399, 499, 699, 999). The manager at the store told me to recharge with any of the pack mentioned then you will get the benefits of the pack and your previous balance will also carry forwarded. So i bought Rs. 248 -1 gb pack but I got only 1 GB data and my previous balance was not carry forwarded.

So i want my 14 GB data. i have all the snapshots regarding this. please check attachments. when i contacted with customer care they keep o saying that i do the wrong recharge. 248 pack is not a balance carry forward offer and this is my mistake. How come a subscriber know that? I was told to recharge with any of the pack.

Please do something....

I have deposited Rs 1350/- on 16.9.16 on a/c of bill amounting to Rs 818/- for the month Aug 16 and Rs 532/- for further period against MTS Data Card no 8459874256.

I request you that above data card may please be de-active with immediate effect and intimate me at this e-mail id.

In this regard I make a request on 16.9.19 in the night. In response it was told me by the rep of your organization that a call back will be made at my registered mobile no. 9868967353. But no call has been received by me upto 8 PM on 17.9.16.

Again I contacted at help line no 9136955955 today i.e. 17.9.16 at 8.15 PM for deactivation of above MTS Data card. Again a reply given to me that a call back will be mad tommarrow. 9.00 am.

I request you that above data card may please be de-active with immediate effect.

I am recharge 2 times 1599 but recharge dealer first time ge gave me a wrong wifi so i didnt use the wifi reminder date closed. so i have a another recharge 1599 next month i paid reminder date another recharge but recharge accepted next day. so i lost 40 gb and 3200 rupees sir you defenetly recharge my account 1599 and other option is refund to me. pls take now action on it, i am waiting.

My mts data card number 8459627646. I can't pay Mts bill because my data card is not run. then Mts customer care executive call me or say ki agar bill pay nhi kiya to bta dunga. I have his voice recording or number. executive name is Sandeep or number is 9899463617. I want to complaint this guy. please tell me how can I do?

I am MTS Mblaze user number (8459594549). Since two months I have not used the dongle because of no network coverage. But I am getting calls from the MTS customer care to pay bills. I have not used any connection. I am very dis-satisfied with the MTS performance and do not want harassment calls from the customer care as they are misbehaving on phone calls also.

This is to complain against Airtel concerning the fraud done as per the Airtel 2G data promised with an offer of 2GB data provided to subscriber for 28 days for which only 550 MBA for 12 days only provided and after that the main balance and rest of the data shows 0.00 MB data displayed. I have already lodged complaint and 48 hours are over but as promised by customercare executive data hasn't received yet. I have already send my current number on PORT to 1900. If still is not send still, I will positively port my number to some other service provider in next 24 hours.

I am completely disappointed with MTS customer care. My no is 01415117075 in the month of march i had made six telephonic complaints at yours customer care services regarding internet disconnectivity and speed. every time your technicians told me that we are supplying relevant data speed to your connection and on visit they ask me to change the modem and get new modem. your company's agent /empolyee provided me this modem at the time of getting new connection and he told me that whenever the modem not work properly or damages by any tech. fault company will replace it free of cost. Sir my modem is working well as i have checked it through trained and qualified technician still unable to get rid of my problem. One interesting thing i want to tell u that after making telephonic complaint my internet connection gets start for about 2/3 hours. kindly solve my problem immediately .

Your back end team tricked me. I was using MTS for last 2 years. Since I was going for an Onsite job i requested them to disconnect my connection 24th april. And your backend team called after two days and told me they will disconnect my connection after 7 days and also said i can move to prepaid with in this 7 days otherwise the connection will be disconnected. And now 7 days are over and i got a bill 290 rs. This is insane and trap you have done. I was a loyal customer and this is what you paid me back. Please disconnect my connection and dissolve the last bill.

The internet connection is very very very slow, if not set right the position to speed up the net within two days from this day I never going to pay any amount due to the MTS and I will surrender the device immediately. This is the final warning to the MTS Company.

I am completely disappointed with MTS customer care.

I had called the customer care regarding the activation of my modem. I spoke with the customer service the one who had received my call asked me the querry. I told my problem regarding the modem. Then he told me that this modem is deactivated. I asked weather i can further use it he told me THROW it. Is this the way the care person can speak.

It shows the way the company is dealing with the customer. From this behavior i think the company is in Great hike and does not need the customer.

Sir, My Name is Shubham saxena and i had recharge my MTS Prepaid card for rs.499.99 on 2nd august2017 and the transaction id :1380613164. As i have already speak with Customer service department they said that i have already consume the data of 6GB but the problems is that.I just use it for the email because it is for government office. and i and asking for the bill and for the data usage list but they denied for that and they also abuse me over the call (NAme: KP MISHRA) Senior agent. now you tell me how could 6GB data can be consume for just surfing the email and google.

PLz try to mail the bill and the usage list ASAP.and plz take strict action towards your customer service department. They dont even know to talk or behave on the call. NO respect and no sense of humor.

I had stopped using above dongle but repeated messages from MTS Jaipur I restarted its use. But, as usual, the service is far below satisfactory. I had recharged it twice in August 2017 but it says "No Internet Connection". I feel this tantamount to cheating common customers. MTS must improve its service to the highest standards of "Customer Satisfaction". Jai Hind.

Are you cheating me, today recharge mts mblaze Rs. 499 but not active internet and wifi. Then can't take phone at customer care. You cannot give any notification about stopping service, I have many loss by your dirty service. If you can't refund, I will register case in consumer court.

Sir,

Please refer to my Datacard No 8925083563. I have been trying to contact your customer care numbers both Toll Free as well as mobile as well as numbers as available with me. Numbers are Toll Free: 18002081955 , 9150955955 and +91 44 33956100.

I have  tried nos: 9135-955-955 and  9135-155-155 but these two are also not functional.

My data card has been non functional for the past four days but I am not able to register a complaint. You are requested to take immediate action to register a complaint and rectify the fault on top priority.

I have tried to resolve my billing problem of MTS, but i am unable to connect their all three customer care number.I have send many email but no response from their end. I send disconnect intimation from my end in mail, but still no response from MTS. Any one know how I can disconnect the mts my mts number. Can not connect customer care number, no response for email. any way for disconnecting the number? pls help me.

Since several years I am using MTS vide No. 8644954707 under the name of P.V. NAIR and my Registered Mobile No. is 9940853810 and generally recharging through Network, but this time (November 2017) unable to recharge.

Please let me know what is the reason and how to recharge in future.

Also where to how to contact for my Balance Account or any problem arises. I am staying in UDUMNALPET (642 126), Tirupur Dist-642126 (Coimbatore/Chennai).

I'm using mts postpaid connection with datacard number 8645955873 from last 3.5 years. But recently the (From 3 nov 2017) the internet speed got hit down drastically because of the acquisition by rcom. And now i have no option but to port to another network as the customer care is unavailable from the last 2 weeks. Please discontinue my services as i do not want any pending bills on my head. I will treat this complaint as a evidence in case i'm harassed in future.
