I recharged 3g pack at Rs. 455 which is my best offer but I got only 2.5Gb data what about rest 1.5Gb. Hope u help and give me rest 1.5Gb as soon as possible.

I am not satisfied by your company policy. I have airtel postpaid connection, I have 99/month plan. My plan was 300 local min., 100 local sms, call charges A2A-30 paisa/min and other 40 paisa/min. Now my plan had been change by your company.. Why you don't inform me? I do my use for old plan not new plan, I do not pay your bill.. Extra charges, network problem, many problems in your company. So plz solve my query then I will pay my bill...I won't pay late payment fees because it is not my fault.

I recharged my phone of rs 345 for unlimited calls and 28GB 3G data, 1GB/day. But now the customer care people are telling me that this offer was not valid on my number. This is not done. You should have not shown me that offer. Kindly refund my money or activate the service.

Hi. I am a a regular airtel customer. i had a issue with the balance deduction on my father mobile no & when talking to the customer care executive on 121 Mr Durgesh he spoke very rudely + the problem has not been resolved. i asked him to further connect my call with the upper level executive he dropped the call. Unhappy with this kind of service. The number with complaint of balance deduction is 8861322542. If any1 can register this complaint mail & get my problem resolved it will be thankful.

It is to inform that the amount Rs. 1079/- for the post paid charges of mobile no. 9902317646 (now changed to pre-paid) has been paid twice on 05/03/2017 online through Citibank & SBI Credit cards. It is evident from the statements received from the said banks. Though complaint raised by me to your Air tel 121 by sending the the screen shot copies of both statements Air-tel failed to take prompt action to refund the amount or adjust to next bill. the matter is still not solved and pending. Therefore, the concerned authorities ate hereby requested to look into this and take needful action.

Recharged my phone of rs 399 for unlimited calls and 84GB 3G data, 1GB/day for 84 days. But now my network not open. only some mb data I have used? many times I complained customer service. they told me their some technical problem only 2 days after that we are providing service... i m waiting.... after 7 days same problem.... What is this....? Why airtel making me fool??? Kindly refund my money or activate the service.

Please stop to activation of servicing of the MAZAA TV ON my airtail no 7085775024.becouse at every 20 days it has deducted at rs 80. From above the said number.

I just want to talk with airtel customer care executive, I tried many times to share my problems with them but call nahi lagra plzzz help me.

Airtel sim hai mere pass. 6 month se problem a rhi hai kuch tikh nhi hui hai abhi tk or customer care walle kabhi phn nhi utatey hai or utatey hai to acche se kuch nhi bata te bekr hai ho gayi hai sim airtel ki.. Kabhi net nhi chlta hai or na kabhi call par bat bhi nhi hoti hai tikh se to ab y mat bolo ki airtel duniya ka sabse tezz network hai y bolo ki duniya ka sabsey gatiya network hai...jo kabhi tikh nhi ho skta.

Worst network.... Worst company.

Facing issues since last two months regarding network... But nobody is bothered about that. No body will respond quickly... they are only here for just mint money, nothing else.

I am able to get ebill from any airtel no.why so?

I have recharged my mobile no 7828238349 with -399/3g/4g pack of yours but no recharge has been done. The recharge date is 4 feb 2019 from my sbi anywere app account. trx,ref no - UH66082251. If any one can register this complaint and get my problem resolved i will be thankful.
