Over priced cars with over priced after sale service. Better stay away from Audi and buy from a company which at-least respects and cares about it customers.

Dear sir/mam

I have purchased an Audi q 3 from Audi Noida in December 2014. Two days before it got some engine problem (9-7-2015). I made the complaint to the Audi India road side assistance they pick up the vehicle last night. And until this time there is no response from the showroom until yet...When ever I make the call to the showroom they tell me that they haven't found the problem and tell me that will call you back but I haven't got any call from the showroom till now.

Kindly please solve this problem as soon as possible and provide us a vehicle till then .

Thank you

TO,

THE IN-CHARGE
AUDI - INDIA CUSTOMER CARE.
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, I am one of the customers of the repudiated AUDI BRAND. My car AUDI Q3 model Vide REGISTRATION NO: - AP05CK7777 and its BARING CHASSIS NO: - WAUZBD8U6DR076210 was given for maintenance check-up on 23-09-2015 at your authorized service station JUBILANT MOTOR WORKS PVT.LTD, Industrial Estate, Ambathur, Chennai. They charged for Rs.61896.00Ps.vide invoices No: JMPL3126.

Unfortunately on 25/10/2015 the car was met with an accident in Chennai. Immediately, co-ordinate with your company customer service [Toll free number] then a team of your company took the vehicle [Has been towed] and brought to the Audi service branch - JUBILANT MOTOR WORKS PVT.LTD, Industrial Estate, Ambathur, Chennai. The said Audi service branch, estimated and given the quotation for Eight lakhs for the cost of work and delivery within Two weeks of time. I told them to go ahead with what so ever needed, and also gave an advance of two lakhs twenty five thousand rupees, vide receipt No: 4842.

I am residence of Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. I could not able to spare some time with your service centre to up-date the status of the vehicle. There is no proper response from the service centre even though not answering to my ‘n’ number of phone calls. Then I requested my brother to visit the service centre to update the status. After the accident car was handed over for repair in October itself, much before December 1st unusual heavy rain in Chennai, however they took 2 (two) months to deliver on 23-12-2015 and claiming Chennai flood as reason is unacceptable. In the mean time we have lost not only time but also lot of hidden cost , now after all these the car is found to be Not in safe working condition.

After Six weeks again re-estimated the cost around Ten lakhs. Even though I accepted to complete. They haven't delivered the vehicle within the schedule time. With all the patience I have waited for the delivery, at last they have delivered the vehicle after Eight weeks. [After completion of your Audi company’s QUALITY CONTROL TEAM CHECK -UP].

I have taken the delivery on 23/12/2015 and total payment was Rs.9,94,433.00Ps. Vide invoice Numbers: JMPL4487 & JMPL 4298. On 27-12-2015 I drove only 600 km, i.e from Chennai to Rajahmundry. At Rajahmundry. I found an unusual noise from the engine, immediately by over phone I called the Chennai Audi service centre call was attended by Mr. Bhaskar who took care of my car service in Chennai and his Mobile No:- 09600095994. The gentleman just gave the customer care number and advice me to report to the customer care.

As a one of the reputed company, who does a delivery after the quality check up team work? The vehicles break down with in just 600 km of drive and disturb the schedule of us. Again paying the charges to towing vehicle from Rajahmundry to Visakhapatnam service centre. If the services are like this who will continue as a customer to your Audi Brand? If you are really to do some favour/help please take back the vehicle and asses the value and then pay the amount. I will go to buy another company’s car. I COULD NOT FORGET YOUR HELP IN THIS REGARD.

Thanking You Sir.
Yours faithfully,
DATE: 27-12-2015,
RAJAHMUNDRY.

Bad service response by Audi. The service provided by Audi is pathetic and very bad. People who're going ahead buy an Audi should never buy it because it is very bad and they keep the car for about months and please people think ten times before purchasing an Audi Because their service is very bad. The staff there don't respond to people nicely and they r very bad. They just keep telling we haven't got the problem and all those things.

I had purchased an Audi A4 2013 and kept it like a child and few days back I had horrific experience that My Audi A4 steering is jammed all of a sudden with no hit signs found on the car both by my Insurance surveyor and the audi service staff. After Web browsing I came to know that there are hundreds of these complaints and the dealer is giving Rs. 3,00,000 amount of bill. So I want to know that Audi is selling defective cars as also the car is showing the word (Defective Steering Do not Drive).

Last week (23rd Nov 2016), I did the first service of my Q3 at Audi Kochi delivering the car by driving 250 Kms from my city, Trivandrum. Sorry to advise you that the quality of service given by the Audi Kochi is really pathetic.

A small noise during wheel rotation is there in this Q3, from couple of months after the vehicle was purchased in Nov 2015 and this is not attended to by the Service Centre. This was reported over telephone to Mr. Maneesh (Service Consultant) after the vehicle was taken for service by the Dealer's driver from my friend's house at Padamugal, Cochin. But Mr. Maneesh and one Mr. Thomas (who is very arrogant in his telephone call) who called me on 29 Nov 2016 to enquire on this are not ready to accept the omission.

Even if I take their statement of not informing by the customer, if they do a proper quality test drive, they could have easily heard this noise (unless they are not DEAF or having any hearing problem) and rectified it. We expect Audi Service Centre to perform a quality service. If they are not competent enough to do a proper quality service, then I request to have the Audi Kochi service team trained properly to avoid such instances.

Audi South is an awarded outlet. A3 purchased in first week of Sept is still not registered, and running on temp number. They have been giving letters of extension for the Temp no, which is a HR registration. Where as I live in Delhi. I mean all types of reasons have been given but no answer on when I can get the car registered.

I don't understand where is the brand.. what is the value of the brand... its hopeless situation. The sales have been so desperate to sell the car but after sales its pathetic.

This is the Audi - Mathura Road at Delhi- Shameful.

Very Bad response by Audi. I bought Audi A4 two months back still my car is not registered due to the carelessness of Audi Bangalore crew. They have not paid the road tax which they have collected from me and they have have not provided the required documents for registration. I have gone 6 times for registration every time i have come back without registering my car due to one or other documents not proper. This time they said the Audi Bangalore people have not sent us the road tax dd only for there fault i have to bear the penalty. The reason given by Audi people is pathetic and very bad for the above mention problem and the sales people is not receiving my call only.

People who're going ahead buy an Audi should never buy it because it is very bad and they will be sweet only till v buy the car later they wont even care to receive the call and please people think ten times before purchasing an Audi Because their service is very bad. The staff there don't respond to people nicely and they r very bad. They just keep telling we haven't got the problem and all those things.

I am hoping to bring to your attention to the deplorable service that has been provided to me as an Audi customer by Audi Kochi. I was, until recently, the proud owner of an Audi Q3 (Registration Number KL-07 CA 6004). Around July this year, we noticed some issues with the rear wheel drive which was causing a lot of noise. We duly reported the issue to the Audi Kochi service center (from where we had purchased the car and has also been getting our car serviced from day 1) and the car was handed over to the dealer for diagnosis and resolution of the issue. After replacing some parts under warranty, the car was delivered back to us after reassuring us that the issue has been completed resolved. But within a week after taking delivery, the original issue reappeared. After some correspondence back and forth with the dealer we gave the car for further repairs once again to Audi Kochi. Till date the team hasn't been able to successfully identify and address the issue. What makes it worse is that the dealer has not been able to provide us with any concrete dates as to when the issue will be addressed and the car returned back to us. We have a family function coming up later this month and the non-availability of the car is causing a lot of distress. Though the dealer has provided us with a courtesy car for the time being until the issue is resolved, we don't want to use the courtesy car for the function as it has lots of scratches at the front and at the back.

One of the reasons why we chose to go with a premium brand when looking for a new car was because we were hoping to have a premium experience not just while purchasing the car but also after the actual purchase. Unfortunately, our experience with the brand has been disappointing off late. Once my brother had delivered the car for servicing and he was denied a courtesy car because he was not the registered owner of the car! I am the registered owner of the car, however, I have been living abroad for the past couple of years and my family has been using and maintaining the car throughout. So, to be denied a courtesy car just because the person who is delivering the car is not registered owner is poor customer service. If that was the case, this should have been highlighted while purchasing the car as well.

I would really appreciate if you can take the necessary steps to address my concerns and thereby restore some faith and confidence back in the brand.

Looking forward to a positive response from your end.

I purchased an Audi A4 (petrol) on the 28th of June from the Audi Central showroom located in CP. The payment was in cash and cheque, and a loan from HDFC, which had collaborations with the Audi dealership.

The people dealing with us already delayed the delivery of the car by at least 15 days. As they said there was some issue with the inspection team. After taking the delivery of the car, we expected a paper registration after a few days, as proof that the road tax had been paid by the dealers (which was given by us), but that didnt happen (PS- I purchased a Jeep Compass on 30th January and got the paper RC as proof on the 3rd of February).

{The sales team was receiving our calls till the time the payment had to be made or the car was to be received by us, after that no help or assistance was provided whatsoever. Their after sales also wasnt upto the mark. But that's a separate issue.}

Anyway, we kept calling the sales executives about our registration, and they told us to "trust them" as it was some internal issue and a brand like Audi would never fail to support their customers (what an irony).

They delayed us till the August after which they tell us that they had an issue with the registration authority and an extension of the temporary number would be provided to us. Yes, they are very good at fraudulent activities and the extension was provided a few days later (just a week or something before the scam happened).

Then the manager (Mr. Maheshwari) had to be called as no other sales rep was taking calls and he gave us "his word" that the registration proof would be sent by 3rd September.

All things coming to an end, we read about the news, went to the showroom, and found that the showroom was closed. The Audi people havent submitted our road taxes which were paid to them in full. The insurance policy was not provided to us and only a cover note given, which was valid only for 60 days.
The employees have either quit the firm or are missing in action.

I have lodged a police complaint against the showroom and the people I dealt with about the same.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from a brand. Even Hyundai serves better than Audi.

Hi. My name is Niranjan Tadanki. I have been using my Audi A6 quite sparingly! I have other cars, which I use along with my Audi. Overall, my usage is not very heavy. About 1000-1200 kms per month, between all my cars. Despite that, a premium car like Audi A6's air-o-matic suspension has not spoiled within 30k kms! This is unheard off. Even a basic car will go at least a hundred thousand kms before any suspension problem arises. What is more, I have been charged Rs 1,45,000 for replacing the same! This is despicable and reflects very poorly on a brand like Audi! Please urgently write to me. I will give you my mobile #. That is the very least I expect. Hoping to hear from you soon.
