I received new ATM card and pin twice upon requesting 2 times unfortunately both are not working. Branch is also not very helpful.Kindly help. Sb-98346 Mysore main branch. Issue not resolved from almost 8 months.

I have received a new ATM card but didnt received the ATM card pin. The bank branch is telling to wait for another one week although its already been one month. This is very slow service and i am regretting my decision to open an account in Indian overseas bank.

I have received my ATM card and pin number a month ago..but it is not working in any ATM..while I tried to withdraw the amount it is showing invalid account..at the same time showing correct balance.pls help me.

Atm card is been blocked due to enter wrong pin. send pin to mail id or on registered mobile no. immediately.

I purchased a mobile from mi.com worth Rs.6999 and I paid the amount through my iob debit card. As it was wrong product I ordered, so returned them . For that they initiated the refund of the above amount. But till now the amount was not reflect in my account balance . So that I said them that I didn't get money in my account. So for that they are giving the bank reference number and asking me to refer with respective bank .

Please refer and say me that they have done refund or not please am in need urgent ... please help your customer.. please..!

As I was in my home on 21st of Jan 2017, but I received a message that in my account the amount of 3800 has been deducted. I was surprised that I didn't took the cash and thought that it may be some EMI that Bajaj finance would took so. But while I went to Iob near Thindal, while enquiry it seems that the amount was deducted through my ATM card which was ending in 1925. But I didn't took the money and didn't used the ATM card. Need your intervention n this and need an explanation for the same. The amount have to be refunded in my account.

In your kind of branch (IFSC:IOBA0001518) could not obey the customers request and they are not ready to help innocent customers. so I kindly requested you to improves IOB work quality and customer satisfaction.

Currently I'm staying in other state and I cant reach my home branch. Is there an alternative to restore my PIN ASAP. Also, the customer care number for Debit card is not responding, would request IOB to improve.
