Hi, I had booked Lux prime . driver Shivaramane Gowda KA05 MC 7587 CRN last 6714 , the driver after 15 kms , started saying the destination is too far - Airport to HSR -though it was less than 50 kms ( 32 km something) - he said it will too costly and I would need to pay 3000 or more and he kept insisting that it would be very costly and better I book other taxi. when he said - I did not know that after certain amount of KMS the rate is flat upto 50 km and he kept insisting I book other taxi. out of tension I had to book other taxi in middle of night, battery low and not having new CRN it was hassle to book other taxi for a lady passenger traveling alone at night.

Today i booked a cab in sharing for two person
Bookin No OSN290054097
The ride was from hingne, pune to SP Infocity Fursungi. He took the charged amount. Driver Santosh Dhavare misbehaved with us very badly and drop us at pull gate ,which is about 10 kms before the destination. And said do complain wherever you want. Now i am trying to contact ola customer care on 022 -33553355 since morning. But they are not receiving my call. Now what to do?

9th Dec my driver make 13 booking but on 9th Dec I got penalty 709 go fraud booking I want to check which booking was fraud my driver never ever do fraud booking I want that plz remove this penalty each and every time I check where he is not doing fraud booking cheating I see him every time I track him by ola operater plz i request u my driver not done any fraud booking and plz remove this penalty also it's my request plz.

Yesterday(14.12.2016), I faced lot of problem, due to cyclone effect network & internet problem. I did sms to ola, i got cab driver info i informed where I exactly staying, but after 15 mins he called back said"asking me to come where the cab ". I requested him I have luggage, after that he is not lifting call nor cancelling ride.

DRIVER DETAILS--"Arivazhagan (9585009279) is on the way to your location in a Silver Indica TN20CJ0119.
Once you board the cab please share CRN-491685507 with driver to start trip."

Then I got internet to my mobile I again booked another cab. He reached suburban station and confirmed that he reached central (where i stayed). I have a proof snapshot but not able to paste here. " Naresh kunar k, TN01AU8058, silcsr indigo. Am trying to call but no use,

Mean while i got a message that... " You have not been charged cancellation fee for CRN491745902".

How can ola can give like this sms without confirming from customer. We waited 2 hours in central station. Ola management have to take proper action on this, once customers get bad impression n need to say anything.

On way from Bangalore international airport the driver asked me to pay the toll tax. Again i paid the complete flat charges (Rs. 500) on arrival on my destination. The bill received for flat charges through email includes the toll tax. Driver has charged toll tax twice even after clarifying that the toll tax will be included in the total flat charges. CRN493887974.

Hi Team, My name is ishan malik. I booked a car on saket metro station to zakir NAGAR delhi. I booked a car micro but I Dont know my booking is prime sedan.. please help & driver not listen my instructions, so what can I do? please answer on urgent basis.

My ACCOUNT IS suspended just because the car Door was touched by auto rickshaw while opening the Door because the drive ask me to get down on the main road he said get down cuz he will get stuck in traffic. It was not even my location. After that ola driver went and complain to ola office. Very next day I received a call from rude guy name a RISHI he was literally yelling at me. He mentioned he is a supervisor and higher authorisation but doesnt seems so. He was putting a allegation on me and he was giving kind of threatening. I don't think so EDUCATED people talk like that. I had around 450 approval in my ACCOUNT and share pass as well I want that back plezzz. He suspended my ACCOUNT without even letting me know. And whenever I try to open my ACCOUNT it says "violence". Don't forget u r putting n allegation on some one. And it's a big word. Reply is must.

On 18-Dec-2017 evening 08:55 pm, I booked an OLA Cab to travel from Thane west to Mira Road west a distance of about 22 kms. On completing the trip the bill showed a distance of 69.6 kms and bill amount of 885 rupees. The app and bill showed we had traveled this distance in 51 mins and traveled a route from Thane to Ghoudbunder then suddenly to bandra and suddenly to Bhiwandi back to bandra back to ghoudbunder road and to miraroad, surprisingly the route did not use any available roads it showed straight as if we had flied over.

OLA cab had accepted this to be a server malfunction and later on drivers comment that he followed the route which customer said have denied a refund of excess charged.

I have a very bad experience after booking Ola cab share in Kolkata today when for my onward and return journey. The drivers denied to pick me up in morning as I have booked two seats but wanted to board single. Secondly at time of return journey from workplace,two drivers did not turn up to pick me up but shown as waiting for me as cab was ready. They have somehow manipulated the software and was unwilling to go where I have confirmed booking on share. I demand immediate action against all of them.all details are in your system.I have not cancelled the trip but they have made it to cancel automatically showing they have waited for me although they have not turned up. I am a central Govt. officer and want to take to media and newspaper if you do not take immediate action. All details are with me.

I have booked two cabs from Rajeev chowk metro station both were share fair for first one was 65 that got cancelled by driver immediately. I booked another fair got 150+ Still I booked it and both the cabs got cancelled by drivers in really harsh way. When I was booking the third cab after all this bullshit I received a text from so called ola (the worst service provider) that 25 rupees will be debited for cancellation now this is pathetic. i have screen shots and recordings of the conversations and m gonna sue u for this. I use ola every second day and this something that's cant be tolerated. dont endorce your brand if guys can't meet the customer satisfaction. best gift I have received from ola on this Christmas.

on 6th Jan2017 I booked for a taxi at 6.15am. despite getting driver's name.his mobile number and cab number I didnot get the cab and I tried driver's mobile 5 times and there was no response.I had to take another vehicle to reach central station. I am surprised to get SMS from ola stating that Rs 75/will be charged on my next ride as cancellation fee which is unfair.Pl ensure that the cancellation fee is waived and confirm.

Ola is fraud... they charged 50rs twice as cancellation penalty. There own driver asked us to cancel as he was not getting the way. Ola customer care don't even pick calls.. they are fraud... i will tweet abt them... i wont let ola do more fraud.

They r the most pathetic services even there drivers too... nd this tym i will take ola n wont even pay. I am writing it in open.

Please note that Today i boarded a cab from Gurugram to Delhi and I am using o;a cab from long time. The distance from gurugam to my home is apporx. 55km and it takes maximum 2 hours.

Please be informed you that today it took 4 hours and reason behind it the driver was untrained he don't know how to use navigation.When the cab started he told the your luggage is too heavy that they are effecting my car performance, I told him to stop the car and check the weight of my luggage but he refuse to do that.

And we entered in delhi he stop the cab and driver stopped the car in the middle stating the cab was not booked for Delhi and after reconfirmation from the call center, he again started the ride. In the middle, we called up the Ola Call center to complain about his unprofessional behavior and then he stopped his car in-front of a Police Van & told them that we are drunk,intoxicated and we tried to put some powder in his eyes. Police checked us with all our luggage and leave us, so that was a most insulting thing that i have ever faced.

After that I called safety cell of OLA they verified his identity and they noted that he is not the actually partner of OLA, His known person registered that vehicle with ola and he was driving it.

So tell me one thing your company not verify the people before higher or making them a part of OLA.

Its a life threatening thing for me and after depart the cab i complained nearest police station of my house. BUT I HAD WORD WITH RISHI (SECURITY TEAM OF OLA) HE SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS RIDE.

OLA DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LIFE OF THEIR CUSTOMER AND THEY STILL READY TO CHARGE FOR THAT RIDE AND THEY CHARGED IT AS WELL.
