I have bought a wonderchef nutriblender from food food. After using it I have found that there is a black liquid is coming out from the black motor of the juice jar and black dust is coming out from the black motor of the grinding jar. I have called several times in the given customer care number of wonderchef but no body received the call.today again I have called and they have received but said wrong number.

Tried contacting on customer care no but the line seems very busy. We have purchased a Granite set with 26cm Dosa tawa, but we have not received Coupen, voucher, Guaranty card & Recipe Book Not received. We were planing to buy one more product, but now need to think over as we are not able to get proper service. Things promised not received.

Kindly let us know when can we expect to received the same.

we had placed an order at star cj.com and they had advertised an offer of a gift voucher of rs 500 we got our order but didnt get any gift voucher in that we had also complained about the absence of gift voucher but no action has been taken about it if any action isnt taken about it then serious action shall be taken against your company.

ONLY 2 CUSTOMER care no given which is always unreachable and no body replied that no. we have purchase Nutri blend but it has some problem.when I contacted no body picked the phone.we have now thinking never to purchase this wonderchef products. we are feeling cheated by this company.

We are waiting for the order from 5 months and still the order had not arrived yet. This is the worst kind of service by the company.

i have bought wonderchef click amaze induction base cookware set, 4-pieces, green (B00VA6Y4Z0) on july 3,2015. After only 2 uses the centre of dosa tawa has bulged out and its outer paint is also getting burnt. please change my dosa tawa. Kindly let me know when would i get a replacement.

The worst service ever. I am not going to purchase anything from this site again and would suggest others too not to use this site. Very poor service. Its been more than 15 days i hav not received my order and the customer care is also not responding. Very very disappointed.

But after use of the above noted item – I found it -
1. very-very low and poor quality.
2. It makes a scratch mark at inner bottom after use of two days.
3. We never used any steel made spoon or any other thing.
4. See the attached photographs.
5. It looks like a very much cheaper coating over the pan.

WOW, what a great designed pan by Sanjeev Kapoor. After all I think SANJEEV KAPOOR is cheating with public and cashing his image as stealing money from public. I want to return the product as urgent as possible. I don’t like it at all. I used in my life so many pan and utensils, but this one is disgusting. Waiting for a favorable reply.

I think this kind of message should be spread out at Social Media, so that General public may aware about this kind of cheating.

I have purchased the Turbo 6 in 1 Dual Food Processor in may month 2015 and got one year warranty. Yesterday its handle broken while chopping. Kindly replace the whole equipment or repair its handle at the earliest.

I purchased Nutri Blender in the month of July and started using it from September and in one month i.e in the month of November big jar got damaged. Sanjeev Kapoor advertisement says that its very hard glass but in actuals its not and also while grinding liquid comes out of the jar around the motor part. I had purchased this wonderchef Nutri – blend from Amazon ( online )on the 19/3/2015 the product stopped working in few months. The customer service number no one is answering. It’s the worst product that I purchased online. I think the company is also very bad for not solving our problem. They have just washed their hands after selling the product. The product is made of very poor quality. Sanjeev Kapoor there is no seal of confidence, please stop indorsing such low quality products and influence people.

I expect someone from the wonderchef to address my qery and have my problem resolved.

I recently bought Wonderchef pucaso tawa set but after just second use its bottom turned black.

i had ordered lever handle of Turbo 6 in 1 Dual Food Processor and paid Rs 150. Its been three months but i have not received the lever handle. Everytime i call custom care they say it will reach in one week. That one week is now three months.

The non stick coating which was there on the pan got removed and it became very untidy. The chef gave the guarantee that there would b no defect in the pan and tava but it was really disappointing. I purchased a tava and kadai set they both lost there coating.

I want to order Wonder chef nutri blend by using discount coupon. It is not accepted by Teleshopping and cost is Rs. 2999/-. The cost on Online shopping is Rs. 3290/-. Why there is difference in cost for same product. Also there is difference in free available items. This is incorrect. (M) 09425182519.

We have by it from shopcj we have a complain that its coating is removing. Print have been removed even though we are not rubbing it, just using a soft cloth and vim liquid to clean.

I purchased a Wonderchef 4 piece Non - Stick cookware set (oder no. 20170116044045) from you on 18th of January i.e. today at 5:45 p.m. and not satisfied with the cookware set which you send to me. It was damaged as well as it will not fulfill the need of our family. The product you showed in your commercial was bit in pretty good size but the product we got was not in a perfect size which we need. The product you sold to me was not in pretty good condition, there were too much of scratches.

I tried to contact the company 2 3 times via mail but there wqs no reply anytime. Other than that the customer care number never works and no one is bothered about the customers. Warranty is just for name sake although the product is good but when problems arrive no one is going to take initiative for the solution.
