The Home theatre. reccived by 18.02-2015. repairing time is too long. the service center always told me part is not recived. i want to know the part No. which they had chenged because they did'nt give me Bill and chareged Rs. 4300 for motherboard . I am facing several problems with my Panasonic Eluga A. Wifi and GPS do not work, they keep on switching on and off no matter how many times i try it. It also keeps giving problems while calling a number and takes atleast 5-6 tries for a successful call. I showed the handset at the Panasonic service center but the problems till persist, the customer care people just do not care to resolve any complaints. I want to change my mobile, whats the procedure and where can i do it?

The panasonic split ac model no TS12P CUTS-12PKY, purchased on 6-6-2014 was working very fine for about 6-7 months. All of sudden the cut off is not working in the AC. Your local people talk loose talks instead of setting right AC. Hence you may please help us by arranging to set right the AC. We are elderly people unable to explain these people. Kindly help us. Thank you.

Respected sir i am veeraswamy, good morning. i have one Panasonic 1.5 ton a/c from ARTIC BUSINESS CORPORATION No.20/1 Gopalakrishnan T.Nagar Chennai-600015 on 2-5-2012. After installation of the a/c warranty period the company every three months after calling me they came and washed the mesh. another one year period i paid 1500/-rupees for annul maintenance. after that same thing happened in 2014 i have payed 4500/- rupees for comprehensive annual maintenance. one time the gas leak fault they are attending on 14-3-14.now the same repair gas leak fault. i informed the company The technician came and remove the indoor eqp now they said indoor eqp totally faulty. you please replace the same dealer is not responsible this fault, Panasonic only fault.

Respected sir kindly pl. do the needful. I dont want complaint against any one. i accept Panasonic company directions, in fact i have another Panasonic a/c in another room. Thanking you. i expect speedy action in this regard. veerasamt.

I am very upset with all these things. I had already mailed you earlier about my Panasonic p31 model. Now, I have got DO on my phone. But when I spoke to area manager Mr. Ankur kumar, ph. No=967547677, he said they will give me Panasonic p55 in replacement but I have to pay them 2500rs, that is totally unfair and at any cost I will not pay any amount now, so either I want my phone replaced with P55 without any extra money Or else return my bill money of p31 model 11000rs within a week of time I need a reply or else I will go to the consumer form,court.

Please take this seriously otherwise I will also post on Facebook and make my page on Facebook and post everything about Panasonic and every problems and mistakes about Panasonic and disadvantages about all other devices of Panasonic with examples and screenshot related to it I will post on that page.

1. I purchased a TH42inch LED AS 610D Model and Ser No is 14MCQ 03520 on 08 December 2014. It was four times complaint i.e (a) R 230315114409 dt 22 Mar 2015 , (b) R 120415079880 dt 12 Apr 2015, (c) R140415087202 dt 14 Apr 2015 and finally R 280415173718 dt 28 Apr 2015.
2. This was not work in such manner and Now, I am fully tired due to about the matter and no one took response. I need to change my TV.

I am Madhukar from pune, i have purchased Panasonic P-41 on 9/8/2014 of Rs.11490.00 from Kailashdeep mobile Pimpri pune, vide invoice no CA46380 dt 9/8/2014.

On date 20/3/2014 we have deposit our phone for having some voice problem to your Athourized services centre " Reliable Enterprises" Akurdi pune, as per him Sub PCB not working, and its not change under warranty. so than we have paid Rs.890/- to Reliable ( vide invoice no 3837 dt 1/4/2014 ) than collect our mobile, but for your kind information, he is not solved by mobile problem, mobile kept on his service centre within 1 month, we have also complain Mr.Sheikh MGR of Panasonic of pimpri divison.

After five day the same problem create in my mobile, and we gone to Reliable than he confirmed your mobile touch pad and motherboard not working also PCB not working, so deposit the mobile than he confirm after one week, than after we so many time i am call to Mr.Sheikh but he not picked the phone, if picked he say me every time " we will call you after 30 minits "

I m very upset with its working...On the very first month, its earphone stopped working.. Mobile crashed easily after surfing net.. On its 7month, the display broke.. And now seriously bored up.. The area retailer of agartala is charging around 3000/- only fr repairing d display of such shitty mobile... Hope atleast u people could help me, i just want to get this mobile replaced or else repaired..

The customers are suffering and then also they need to pay much amount...??? For god sake give a authentic suggestion and try to work on it.

Hi, I am rajendra using Panasonic p-41 mobile since 8 Months, I got problem with touch pad so I gave it to service centre in siddh vinayak service center in pali, rajesthan on 27-5-2015, its been 53 days I found no solution. I called customer care many times, they can only tell the status as PARTS NOT AVAILABLE. I am pissed off with this kind of reply. Please some one help me. If someone provide Higher authority E-mail/Number of Panasonic company It would be much help. I never expected this kind of Service from Panasonic. Please suggest me How to take up legal complaint against this company. There should be some TAT for the company policy.

I purchased Panasonic P31 phone in Reliance digital, hubli, karnataka 8 months back and several times I complained that my mobile battery is getting hot but your service center people told me it is common. Now my mobile battery is not working.

Now I feel it is responsibility of Panasonic company to provide battery free of cost otherwise I want sell my rs12000 /- mobile free of cost to your company only and approach consumer court to ban Panasonic company in india for marketing such poor quality products to consumer.

I would like to suggest the company should change the name to PAIN-SONIC as it is not able to provide services & quality of product is extremely poor. Very very poor quality material used, repaired 1.5 ton window AC in the evening & facing same problem next morning. Nobody coming for repairs even after constant followup, only hearing lame excuses but no action. Needs replacement or compensation.

A constant followup with call centre Team leader, Area manager, branch manager Noida, so many e mail requests have brought no relief in getting the 1.5 ton AC repaired from M/S Balaji Traders NOIDA. My request for replacement of the same is still unheard of. Pl. take appropriate steps as we are facing a mental agony under such a hot &sultry weather

Complaint no. R240815287427 & R290815321289 were lodged & followed up vigorously at all the levels i.e. Call centre, its team leader, area manager, Branch manager, Service centre M/s Balai traders etc. but despite assurances from all levels neither AC has been repaired nor replaced & is lying with the service centre since 4th instant. The emails to the helpline has brought no response WE are a VICTIM OF PANASONIC COMPANY.

I have purchased Panasonic ELUGA s,8 months ago. many days before i facing only a single problem on it that i unable to download the play store any app just because the insufficient space in myphone :/ but 8 gb is still avail on it. This error is showing last 1 week i spoke to a adviser at Panasonic, and he actually provide me the proper resolution and he solve my problem, we talk hardly 25 min and he explain me all procedure how to work on it, at last my issue is resolve and am satisfied.

I only want to say thanks to Panasonic customer care.

Recently we have purchased Panasonic Convection Microwave Oven (Model No.NN-CD692M) and it is working to our satisfaction. Recently, we have misplaced the Operating Instructions Manual supplied with the product. Please arrange to send the same by mail at the earliest. In the absence of manual, we are facing practical problems in day to day usage.

Hi, I am Dharam using Panasonic T-40 mobile since 4 Months, I got problem with display so I went to service center in Robot service center in Bilaspur, chhatisgarh on 23/05/2015 & he says display not worked & demand 2000 Rs. for change display but display (Screen) not any damaged only not show. So I return mobile I found no solution.

I called customer care many times, Please some one help me. If someone provide Higher authority E-mail/Number of Panasonic company It would be much help. I never expected this kind of Service from Panasonic. Please suggest.
