My mobile is not working properly. i buyed an redmi 3s prima last 3month back from that time my mobile was not work properly. it will be automatically switched off and on while i am using my mobile. its fake mobile, we want a replacement on this mobile.

I want change my redmi 3s plus silver body into dark gray. can anyone tell what is the price of the body?

My mobile mi 3s prime have some problems like hanging and brightness problem. My mobile screen is yellow's pale. Please sir called me what I do that.. mobile no 9992300825. I bought my mobile in 9th Nov 2016.

I think my decision of buying xiaomi mobile was wrong. Its not been a month that i am facing the problem of proximity sensor. Upon all of that i cant contact to them..their calls are dead. So i just want to give redmi a poor feedback.

I bought my mi phone one month ago threw online but my phone giving so many trouble like low battery backup, rear camera not working properly, every time phone gets hangup. I recently received Mi 4 i mobile from service center due to software problem this problem is solved but I insert sim in mobile network is not show, what I do. I am so far from service center.

This is useless system as when I updated my phone, it lost its memory of finger sensor and also forgot pattern. Now I contacted customer care Mr. Suraj, he said after waiting time over, please switch off the phone and restart it with 10 mts. wait.

Nothing happened. Your live chat person says, nothing going to happen, you need to visit nearby service centre. I went to nearby service centre, at Ahmedabad MI Exclusive Service Center,TVS electronics ltd FF-3, Kasturi Complex, Opp. To Athithi Showroom, Judges Bungalow road, Bokkadev, Ahmedabad – 380 054 they have pasted note that they will NOT WORK TODAY DUE TO SYSTEM UPDATE.

SORRY TO SAY THIS IS RIDICULOUS - My phone is still locked.

I have redmi3s prime. It had suddenly hanged by running. Its not getting switch off and on. What to do? actually give me suggestion. Its showing battery % and timing at the same when it was hanged. I am shankar kumar jha. My model no is RED MI 3S . On 2/01/2017 (Visiting time:-11:36:17) & 05/01/2017(11:41:03) (My token no is given in snapshot. I visited in MI store they are not accepting my handset. They are saying one spot our company will not change LCD. They said plz send your snap shot to our service.in @xiaomi.com.

I had send 5 snapshot to customer care but didn't resolve my problem. My 2 complain no (170102010662 & 170105004649). I had talk to your chetan 2 supervisor. He said today the problem will be solved. But didn't solve. But yesterday I visited the service centre my job sheet no given in snap shot. But my problem is not solve yet. plz help me regarding this problem.

Actually... I had a big issue in ur service... That is ur foolish service. It automatically my jio network as its own ID... and now it's asking password for that id. Wow... WTF.

2 months ago I bought redmi note 3 from shopclues. It's not working properly, my voice is not going clear on calling people and mobile is over heating,hanging problem . I tried to contact customer care but nobody attended my call. please help.I am facing problem in my Xiaomi mobile phone.

Redmi 3s prime phone just a month old not charging properly. Once I got service from service Center. After 3days the same problem continues. Please give some solution.
