I purchased 1 lakh material from your company with the dealer PERFECT LIVING PVT LIMITED having one office in NIT faridabad and one in a-5 saraswati vihar new delhi on proprietor of SAMEER SINGHLA who uses the best of his abusive language saying "saalo jo kar sakte ho karlo aur tume free me material chaie " despite taking advance money for everything. The real case was very simple one of the toilet seat i purchased from them was delivered to me broken and despite requesting again and again from last 6 months by my dad no action has been taken and given different dates and today on conference one of the employee MR. VIVEK BANDHU who refuses to give his employee id supports him and say jo kar sakte ho karlo and threatens me to do the worst with me.

I simply ask... is this the service provided by this company for a single broken only 8500rs toilet seat? Since 4 months I am giving repeated complaints on the issue of leaking of concealed flush tank,Tcehnicians are coming meddle and go.Again same problem.Next complaint, after 24 hours another meddles and say earlier tech. did not fix filter cap properly and go. Again same with in month, one more complaint, after 24 hours yet another Tech. comes meddles and say earlier man did not lock the unit.Again same with in a month.In this process several hundreds of liters of water drained out and overhead tank emptied.Cant you send a experienced engineer to repair or replace to relieve this nagging issue. And for this nonsense service how many time I SHOULD PAY SERVICE CHARGES. If you can not repair replace, even if you cant do that tell me I WILL REPLACE WITH OTHER COMPANIES SYSTEM. Hope you will resolve immediately.
