I had done 2100 Rs of bill payment from my credit card and payment was done successfully by the bank but amount of my electricity bill was unpaid. Please do the needful. Also in your 24x7 customer support tollfree service there is no option to directly talk with executive.

I didn't received from paytm Rs800/-either in the wallet nor in bank. But paytm keeps sending messages we will return you money with in the 7 working days from few days more then 27 days have passed.

I added 3500 to Paytm account by my account and it is successfully added. wallet Id:4573137237. But I cannot transfer the amount to my account. So I return to bank, the amount has cut by the Paytm account but it has not received to the bank account. Wallet ID :4610940789.

I transferred 4650rs money to dena bank but it showing pending. my amount deducted from my wallet by it not refund by me or is not credit to bank order number is 4607328149, date 16-12-2016, time 20:37.

On 5th December i made a purchased an item rupees 659 via debit card. order id is - 0D307777422341336000 the seller was ShadowClothing. next day i canceled the item and flipkart said your money will be refunded within 8 business days but still 20th December i did not received my money and my bank employee saying no money has been credited regarding that amount. i have tried many ways to tell flipkart customer service but they saying refund completed .so now, i'm in a loop and i have to go to the consumer forum because it's a customer harassment . i hope my problem resolve before that or there will be real consequence.
