The attender asked me to reset my mobile and check for the problem again.and then I told her if you won't put an complain for replacement on 7th itself then the one month replacement policy will expire.. She assured me that she will consider the day I called(ie 7-4-2015) and exchange my product later also.. I did the process and it took one day for me to check and observe the problems.. I called again on 9-4-2015 and it was said that they can't exchange my product because one month policy has been expired.. On 7-4-2015 agent Rajani singh attended the call and on 9-4-15 shohaib attended the call... So now it is your responsibility to keep your words and exchange my product as soon as possible because I need it for all my works and studies..
