My mobile phone Oppo A37 is giving lots of problem. Play store and facebook app not responding at all.

My lock screen style changed automatically. I want too change my lock screen style.

Earphone that came with the Oppo phone have problem, one side probably not working sound is blank.

I took my Oppo phone to the service center for issues such as overheating and hanging. They kept the phone for more than 15 days, and after they gave it back i am still facing the same problem. Nobody should buy such bad phones from chinese companies.

My problem is.. In few day ago i upgraded my oppo f1s from lollipop to marshmallow..after updates i noticed that some feature are lost in my oppo f1s. so my question to you is can we downgrade my oppo f1s from marshmallow to lollipop in oppo Service centre. my phone is in warranty period.

My oppo a57 currently running on 6.0.1. But I want to know when oppo will give nougat update to oppo a57. Because marshmallow is outdated and every company gives at least nougat for their phones, so oppo why not.

Oppo is the worst mobile brand ever. They never give any update, which every other company gives. No one should buy or suggest it to any one.

Dear Oppo Team,

The Call recording option is working in past, but from last 2 days call recording button not display on screen when i do my call. And i shocked when i check Setting>Call> call recording option is hide (its shown previous).

I didn't get ear phone with mobile oppo a3s mobile.and this device hasany time hang yet there are available 1.06Gb phone storage after application installing.what I do for this.and the phone manager is not working ready.there may be updates in oppo a3s mobiles.and request for Android PIE(9) version and colorOs version 5.2, respectively.
