My name is ANAND. My ATM card will be invalid from 30.11.2015. how will i get new ATM card. will i give a formal letter in the branch or will you send a new card to my resident address? i can't get proper answer from the branch.

I have collected Dr Card 4221 3212 0042 9319 from the branch BSK 2 Stg/code 1298,issued on my account no. 1298-01-0000-06900. I have not received PIN for this card. Please advise the PIN over e-mail or send the PIN by post to me at the address in the account.

I had a a/c in iob bank., k.k.nagar/ My no is 18756. 6.4.16 I have taken rs. 2,500/ from iob bank atm at westmambalam. suddenly machine was completely stopped not working... it takes too time and suddenly machine told transaction not completed. Hi in my IOB atm card if I insert Iob atm centre or any atm centre it's coming please re insert your atm card last 15 days. If I check in my branch my atm card status is active. Please help me as soon as my a/c no- 130701000032924 & Broadway branch chennai.

I used my I.O.B credit card on 01.03.2016 at andra bank u.K.T atm to withdrew rs 15000/. I did not receive any money and rs 15000/was deducted from my a/c, please help me to receive 15000 rs.

I applied a fresh debit card(due damage of now holding)05.04.2016.Rs.100 debit in my a/c for the fresh card on 05.04.2016. on 18.04.2016, I received the PIN number by post. But Card has not come till today in my branch. I am checking once in three days. But not yet come. The IOB is very poor quality of work now a days. Because unskilled, inabilty, irresponsibility, no knowledge about work, low quality of skill from they joined in the work. After receipt of ATM card from branch office, I tried generate PIN along with one of the bank staff of same branch, but could not complete the process as the OTP received on my registered Mob No. Even the process was repeated several time by me and the staff also. finally I was advised by staff to raise a query on subject for your kind intervention to resolve the problem at the earliest.
