I purchased an Intex IT-PB 11K Power Bank K 11000 mAh from Flipkart and I got an empty box in delivery on 2nd aug 2016. How does Flipkart deliver a missing product? Do they have any stages of verification to know how it missed?

Bloody hell of this policies
Delivery of a defective product that is not a Customer problem. If you are not capable to replace the product you have to refund money immediate basis with out any delay. why because you have not capable to replace the product. why should customer will suffer for your inability in the business. Instead of resolving the Customer issue these useless people are explaining their hell of shit policies. Am i correct guys...??

Not having recieved SBI CREDIT CARD extra 10% discount
Sir/Mam,
Though i appreciate your "Thebig billion sales" and no doubt people would have benefitted from it too but with heavy heart I have to say that Iam feeling a bit decieved for i did not get the 10% off as per ur disclaimers on purchase by sbi credit card on my payment of 3799+469=4368 on 5th of ovtober 2016.
I also would like to add that on 2nd of actober i did get this benifit on my bill amounting to Rs 19000 on purchase of goods and this only motivated me to buy even more from flipkart for the aforesaid discount while buying from SBI Credit card restored faith in me on ur e-commerce website but this time
Iam feeling disappointed and confused.
I request you to rectify any error if so happened and i hope you will help keep the faith and goodwill of we the customers in you the we always look forward to.

I had ordered 2 fitbit charge on 7th octocber 2016.i had recieved approved message on the spot by flipkart. Today 12th october i got a message from flipkart that the seller (tanvi sales)has cancelled the orders.
I want answers for the following
• why was the orders cancelled ? Has the product been given to someone else ?
• why was there a approved message given at the first place when all these things had to be done later.
• if you(tanvi sales) cannot manage their inventory then why come on such a big portal and sell your profucts.infact be loval and deal local only.
• what actions are to be taken against tanvi sales for not delievering what they were selling ?
• i want to take legal actions against tanvi sales so that they are permantly discontinued from flipkart.suggest me how can i do that.
Cheating
I am really sad to inform you this. I ordered a LENOVO VIBE K5 PLUS mobile with order ID: OD407262111194786000. Today the courier man delivered the item to me. But the box was filled with paper, no phone was found inside it. When I asked the man to open the box, firstly he refused it. Then after opening the box I was shocked. I ordered the item as cash on delivery, that was my luck. Otherwise I may lose the money. I was a usual customer of Flipkart and most my friends also. We trusted your service a lot. But this incidence made us to lose the faith in your system. There are lots of online cheat is happening now a days, but I don't expect this from flipkart like large online shopping service.

Wrong Shipment of order
I have ordered full sleeve blue tshirt for Rs.464/-on 30th Sep with proper address along with pin code and was to be delivered by 12 Oct in Tinsukia (Assam), but due to some hopeless and irresponsible staff of flipkart and courier service my order was reached Tripura. Viberation mode not activate
Hi. My order id :- OD307340218615647000. I have received my phone ( Lenovo vibe K5 note ) on 18th of october. It was working fine until 10 days but it suddenly doesn't want to go to vibration mode even when I repeatedly set vibration to ON. Its so pathetic that pone just doesn't work as its supposed to. I'm looking for immediate replacement despite the company rules and policies. I'm very much disappointed now.
Difficulty in returning
My order no is OD407409290375041000 and that product catalog contains two sets of slippers but i had received only one set slipper .so i wanted to return it but i cannot return it because there is no reason for returning my item .They said item missing is not a correct reason so which reason should i choose to return my product.

Flipkart people are liers
You are fooling people by telling sometimes there is a chance for getting product free but it is not. I got a message while purchasing a camera and a message appear some what like you have this product free then I click the button to buy and it show buy what way you want to buy the product credit or debit est. Return request rejected
Not only my request is rejected twice, all I am getting everyday is 'apologies for inconvenience' email. No technician have visited to my place for demo and installation till date.
I however do not need a demo on the product since I want to return it. It is still sitting in a completely untouched and unopened condition at my place.
I have been talking to the customer care agents and sending multiple emails, but it does not seem to be very helpful. All I got to know is a product can be returned only in case of a defect which could never be confirmed since nobody came to install it.
I understand that there is no hard promise on the delivery date of the product but at least Flipkart should take some responsibility in case of such delays. People rely on the timely deliveries so that the special occasions of their loved ones are not spoiled. Promising the delivery date seems to be a delusional method to allure customers.
In the light of these circumstances, please escalate my issue. I would request you not to delay this matter any longer and process my return request at earliest possible.
