I am the policy holder of No 14032535209, I want to deposit my policy premium on line due to non updated of personnel address, RMN, email address, it could not possible. Hence you are requested to help me to update all the details online.

I have another policy with my wife Sujata Panigrahi policy No 14043187506,on which the survival Benefit installment was due on 9 Aug 2014 (Rs 20,000/-). It is shame to say , till now the amount is not credited to her sbi account Account() No 10541979313 SBI Branch JEYPORE BAZAR Code NO 6909. I have made correspondence with Sbi life branch since Mar 16, till date they are assuring me to credit the amount.

a. During hunting of policy holder the agents are only hurry how to increase the policy holders for their self and companies benefits.

b. At that time they are not worried to connect the policy with individuals account no so that the benefits can be directly credited to the account.

c. can u let me know why the amount was no credited in due time ?,and is the company is paying the interest of the a mount?

Let me know at the earliest by mail, and where I can apple against the insurance company. I am serving with a company as a executive officer with a man power of 800-1000 & I can easily info this miss happens to the staff and demotivated them not have any type of sbi policy, gradually 10 to 100, then 1000, then 100000 will come to know the services of sbi life. Sorry to say ur coy staff are frequently changed or resigned. So that the continuation of the pending cases are not there other wise we can solve these type of cases with electronic media with in no time. Please remember, now a days the services is gain/ the source of profit. I think this must be put up to the chairman or the top executive officer for consideration, hope a satisfied reply.

I do not get my original documents of RINN RAKSHA COVER. And my LOAN NO. IS 35352065060. Sr pls check my details and send my documents immediately.

Sub: To cancel the SBI Life Insurance Loan Account opened without our concern.

Ref: 1. Loan A/c. No.33481226549
2. Not willing form which was submitted to SBI Racpc Anna nagar on Loan sanctioned date.

I refer to the discussion, we had with your official on 04.10.2016 at 2.00pm. We were shocked to have that life insurance has been taken on my name without my concern. We wish to submit that, we were not filling to take Insurance on my Home Loan taken at Anna Nagar West branch A/c. No.33481226549 the same can be verified with our Home Loan application submitted to the bank.

We are not permitted by my bank to close the loan A/c until the due to the Insurance company or service. My family is very critical position to dispose off the mortgaged property.

In the light of the said event, when we inquire the SBI LIFE Insurance branch, we came to know that the SBI Life Insurance application form that you claim to have been signed by my co-applicant (N.Saravanan) with forgery sign. Please Iniate necessary action to cancel the insurance Loan Account immediately that was premium (towards payment of insurance) opened without our concern and also when we inquire in your SBI life insurance branch. I request you to treat as matter as extremely urgent and immediate act.

I have submitted my policy document Number 35008868001 along with non ulip maturity form cum advance discharge voucher for which net maturity amount Rs.164214/- only remitted in my saving bank account on 10/3/1016 through NEFT SBIN716070357 but my policy bond not yet received. Several time i have requested to your Pitampura Netaji subhash place New Delhi Branch but no fruitful result or reply received so far. To day on 26/11/2016 i have also requested your customer care. Kindly look into and arrange to trace out policy bond or duplicate policy bond may be prepared and handover/dispatched to me at the earliest please. I am thankful for having sent the “Annuity Option Sheet” which contains Ten Options for changing the the Annuity Payments; but there is no explanatory details. So I am confused to select a proper choice which will be beneficial to me.
Will you please explain them with reference to my doubts given below? :--

DOUBTS
(1) One time Single Premium paid in the year 2010 and it matures or vests in the year 2035 (that is after 25 years). Is it possible to reduce the vesting date down to 10 years instead of 25 years?
(2) What is the difference between (option no.1.2 = Life time income with capital refund) and (option balance capital refund)?
(3) What is the meaning of (options 1.5 and 1.6 = Annual increase of 3% and 5%)? Does it mean that monthly pension is subject to change?
(4) What is the meaning of (options 1.7 to 1.10 = Certain Period of 5,10, 15 and 20 years respectively)? Does it mean that I can change my vesting date?

Hello sir,
my policy is smart money back policy and policy no is 1N004429609. I want to know the month in which I will get my first money back which is got after completion of 3 years from the opening date and amount. Before 4 days I called to customer care just for enquiry of my policy and came to know that my money back amount will get within 5-6 day due to march ending is delayed. But today when I called to customer care again than they had informed me that within 10-15 days I will get. after some time again I made a called to customer care. At that time one of your employee informed me that the information that I have got are not correct. so I just want to know the correct details of my policy.
